The camera and the Nikon 10mm lens came with Canadian and International Warranties. The additional 10mm-30mm Nikon Zoom lens came with an in-store warranty. These are not clearly specified in their advertisements. With prices this competitive it is expected, however, that the items would not carry Nikon-USA warranties. The freebies were a nice touch.

"This is my first fumfie order and so far, so good. The customer service agent, Jack, that contacted me to make my shopping experience #1 definitely did that. He also sold me a 5 hour battery I would need and did not know about. Prior to this order I ordered from Wolf/Ritz Camera and they messed up my order, after it was back ordered for 6 weeks, then in the middle of shipping, Wolf/Ritz Customer service made an error and sent a RTS order to FEDEX the day we would have received it. So then when I asked them to fix it, it took several phone calls and still it was sent back and they sent the camera back to supplier, I waited 2 weeks for a partial refund, still waiting on remaining refund and they expected me to reorder from them. I don't think so. I will stay with fumfie if this experience is as good as it seems to be thus far. :) Jack was fantastic! Thank you."

"they sold me a defective camcorder and was not willing to replace. they told me the day after i received it to take it to the manufacturer. Other camera companies will IMMEDIATELY replace! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not worth the hassle of their 'low-price'. I'd rather spend an extra $100 dollars with a company that would immediately replace and take care of the situation.

other than this, fumfie is not a scam site. the above is my fourth camera and my first 3 had no problems. Fumfie even helps out with billing and if ur card has a max daily limit, they'll charge only X amount per day.

yes i am upset that an exchange couldn't be made although their website terms and conditions allow and I notified them the same day I received the camera. and then waited weeks to get a brand new camera to work :("
