"So far, I'm skeptical. I placed my order late on Sunday. Got an email and voicemail on Monday saying I had to call them to verify order. I tried calling a few times over the next hour, nobody would answer. On my lunch break I tried again, waited on hold for 25 min before a guy named Joe picked up, and then immediately put me back on hold for another 15 minutes. Another guy answers and he says wait for sales associate, then puts me back on hold. Another five minutes goes by before Jack Green gets on the line. I verify order and add a good deal on an extended warranty(2 toddlers) including accidental breakage. While Jack was very nice and promised to get our order out to us quicker if I gave them a good review on this website, it is now late Tuesday afternoon and no email yet saying it is shipped out. Overall not feeling happy about ordering from this company. Sorry. Will report back when I receive my order.

To update: We received our order by late Friday, so pretty good with shipping time. I've received email or talked to at least two representatives since order was sent out, and they seem very concerned about the service they provide. Sean even gave me a 8 GB SD card because of the hassle the first time. Nice! So all things considered, overall we were satisfied with our experience and would shop there again. "
