"When shopping online, I always ship to an address different than my billing for security purposes (living in a townhome community - items have "disappeared" off of peoples' porches). The approval process through fumfie was difficult for this, as my credit card provider would not add an additional address to the account, and I went rounds with Fumfie and the credit card company trying to get it squared away. The Fumfie representatives I spoke with weren't especially nice. They weren't rude, but, there was just a tone of "just get this done" that made me feel uneasy. Aside from that, the order process was decent. The items shipped and arrived quickly. The box was severely damaged, however, that is likely due to the shipping company and not Fumfie. The internally-packed items were intact and undamaged. There were a lot of "extras" with the order, as well, which were great (bonus items with the order). The drawback? The entire shipment reeked of moth balls, or some other chemical smell. I've had all items unwrapped and lying out to air for over a week and the room and items still reek strongly of this odor. It concerns me that whatever this odor is could be hazardous to my health. Otherwise, overall, I give the entire process with Fumfie a 7."
