"I purchased a Sony A65 camera body and additional battery. With the camera there were "free" accessories including amongst other things a UV lens filter.
The products were delivered within a reasonable time and the camera was as expected. Unfortunately the additional battery was the wrong one and did not fit the camera and the lens filter was 55mm and the lens I have is 62mm. These problems were addressed promptly and the correct battery & filter arrives a few days later. I returned the wrong battery & filter in the pre-paid envelope supplied. I would recommend Fumfie as the problem was annoying at the time but was sorted out without a fuss. "

"I was looking for a Sony camcorder and checked out the reviews on line. I found the Sony HDR-CX160 to have excellent reviews, found Fumfie to have the best price, ordered it, checked with my bank and found the purchase price to be withdrawn from my checking account on Jan 4th. When I called them on Jan 10 to ask them why I did not receive an e-mail as to when it was to be shipped, I was told that the one I had ordered (in black) was not in stock and they were waiting for it to arrive, but they did have a blue one in stock. I told them that the color did not make a difference to me and I would take that one. They sent that one and I finally received it on Jan 17. Just wonder why I did not get an e-mail or a phone call to that effect. "
