"I can not believe this company's unprofessionalism. I ordered a camera for a 12 year olds Christmas gift over two weeks ago. A customer service rep. called me and confirmed the order, I received two (2) emails of confirmation and billing. They said camera was to arrive by December 22...and low and behold they call TODAY, Dec. 21 and tell me they do not have the merchandise. It took them 10 days to figure that out!? Sure, they can send another (more expensive camera) but it wouldn't arrive by Christmas. What kind of a company is this?

"Don't believe what you read on the website! I ordered a GE range as a gift for my wife on Dec. 17th to arrive in time for the holidays. The site promised it was in stock and guaranteed fast free shipping to arrive by the 22nd during check out. They later called me to try and sell me an extended warranty which I declined, and I was then told there would be an additional $67 charge for shipping insurance. I told them this was not disclosed during checkout and doesn't seem fair. He told me no problem he could waive the insurance fee at the company's expense. Sounds fishy to me. I wonder how many people fall for this? On the 21st still no shipping confirmation or tracking info. I called CS and spoke to Simon, he told me everything is fine, and good news it will arrive in about a week! I told him this was unacceptable and not what the site reported during checkout, I was not informed of this during the initial phone call and this is the reason I made this rather large purchase with Fumfie since my local stores did not have the range in stock. He promised to try and expedite the order but no guarantee it would arrive any sooner. I am starting to think they do not even have this range in stock, and ordered and drop shipped it from somewhere else. Here I am left with only excuses for the holidays because I was misled from the beginning. If I was kept truthfully informed by their customer service instead of them just trying to sell me more stuff I would not be so angered by this experience."

"My experience with FumFie was positive. I was in the market for a Canon T3i camera and they had the best price. To elaborate on "best price" is to state that FumFie had the lowest actual price for the actual product advertised. Online merchants with prices comparable to Fumfie's, will often times enlighten their potential customers to the fact that their advertised products are not as advertised e.g. grey market merchadise or suddenly out of stock. But they can certainly sell the genuine product for more money than advertised which happens to be in stock. In my experience, FumFie engages in no 'bait and switch' type tactics as they seem to care most about building an online reputation of good customer service. My salesman,Zack, was an example of their good customer service. Zack placed my order for me quickly, with product knowlege and a professional attitude. He did attempt to upsell me on some accessories because well, he's a salesman and that's what salesmen are supposed to do; and hey, I may have needed accessories. When ever I declined the accessories that Zack had offered, he remained humble and conciliatory, always professional. Although, I did accept an offer for an extra battery, at a great price, I may add.
Again, My experience with FumFie was positive and I recieved my camera in the time frame they had promised. I will definately shop there again! "
