"i had ordered a sony cx550v handycam and they had the cheapest price on the internet, but when i placed the order i received a call from the company to supposedly "verify" the order and the rep tried to upsell a higher capacity battery, when i declined he charged an extra $38 for insurance and handling. When i warned not to charge my credit card any extra charges they canceled my order. The extra charges raised the price back to the level of other genuine online retailers. I am a regular online shopper and this bait and switch has left a very bad taste.Buyer beware"
