"Pros:
I was very pleased to find an item at Fumfie for much less than any other store... including e-bay and my local BestBuy which had the item marked at an incredible sale price. Fumfie beat that price by another $40, and I was encouraged by BestBuy to buy it from Fumfie for that price.
They had special offers which encouraged me to keep shopping with them. After I placed my order they asked that I call to confirm my purchase. Although that was a bit cumbersome, I am glad that all my questions were answered by a real person. In fact, they offered me one 8 hour battery in place of 2, two-hour batteries for my camcorder for the same price.
Cons:
Although the Fumfie representative offered me a charger to go with this battery (because charging it through the camera might overheat the camera and ruin it) I was lead to believe that it could still be done. This was not the case, however, and I still needed to buy a charger. There is good news!
When I mentioned this problem to Fumfie, they offered me a free 4 hour battery that they believed WOULD work with the camera, and they sent it out quickly.
Also, when I received my invoice it came without prices on individual items, and so when I received a "Deluxe Camera Starter Kit" that I didn't order I found an unexplainable increase in my total cost. Fumfie made up for it in their great prices though, so I still consider them a great deal.

Overall, I recommend Fumfie. Dealing with real people may result in a few mistakes, but their passion for customer satisfactions more than makes up for any errors on their part. "
