Found sony dslr 100 dollars cheaper than anywhere else then I placed the order. But after ordered the camera, found a better deal on FUMFIE. Called them up and cancelled and placed order without a hassle and great customer service. Got camera in few days. Insurance is kinda expensive..."
"Yep, I fell for it....Brooklyn bait and switch.
Charged almost $70 extra for compulsory "insurance". No warranty papers. Although advertised as "USA Model" and "New", the package had clearly been opened before and the camera was already set to English instead of going to the setup screen like it should if it was brand new. Manual was photocopy of original and looks box had Japanese writing on it.
Sure enough, I check the serial number and it is Gray Market.
Avoid!! Prices aren't cheap enough with the insurance to justify getting a gray market camera."

When I told the rep that I do not need one, I was asked to pay additional $68 for insurance, they say order is now cancelled. After completing the transaction on their website I received an e-mail that did not contain a confirmation that a customer services agent would be following up. They tried to sell me additional accessories, warranties, and added an additional unadvertised cost of $120 for handling and insurance (Not specified previously during my checkout experience).
I then asked if I could pick it up to avoid those costs and they agreed. I then showed up at their stor ein Jersey and was told the item was not in stock and I would need to return another day and an appointment was reuired (first time I had been told that).
