"Fumfie sales person was very patiece with me through a caregiver answering all my questions. While waiting for me to type out the question and have caregiver communicate my conserse he wasn't pushy. I am handicaped with ALS and I can't talk. Have sales person with that amount of patiece is inportant to me. I bought the Canon 50d. For a great price and warienty for five years. I like that they don't Bait and swap like so many other Web-sight do. The price match on warienty was nice to. I would highly reccamend others to buy from Fumfie"

Their website is pleasant to browse--very inviting to the eye and easy to navigate, making it a snap to find just what I was seeking [the Nikon D5000]. They had the lowest price available--always a plus, though not the only factor. Their shipping choices were easy to understand, without having to open up any other pages. "Fumfie and the whole NY camera shop idea scared the heck out of me. Reading the ratings on other NY shops were less than reassuring. But I loved the prices and needed the discounts to afford the Canon Vixia HFS20 that I wanted. Fumfie was the only shop I checked that had good ratings on Reseller Rating, so I took a chance. I use AMEX so I knew if it all went bad, I could easily dispute. My experience with Fumfie? Excellent. I was so surprised with how well it went. I placed the order online. I received an email asked me to call and confirm. This is their way to try to up sell. I expected a high pressure sell for accessories and such, but once I said I was not interested, they thanked me and told me my camera would ship that day. They do recommend shipping insurance and it is a bit high, but $60 to insure a $900 camcorder was ok. I had chosen 7-10 day shipping. I received the camera 2 days later. The only thing I might complain about was the packing. The box arrived in perfect shape but there was a lot of air space in the box and very few packing peanuts. I could see this being an issue in shipping and was glad I had taken the insurance. Overall, I would use Fumfie again without hestitation."
