"Ordered a Canon EOS RebelXSi with a 18- 55mm lens 4 GB card, 5 hour battery extended warranty and a 75 to 300 lens. The price delivered was several hundred dollars less than I was able to find anywhere else. Only glitch was that the camera showed up on time but without the lens. With the camera a notice that the lens was on back order. No indication at the time of order that this was the case. The good news after a phone call the lens showed up second day air shipment. Slightly suspicious was the fact the lens was not in a factory box. I'm guessing to fill my request FumFie took a lens off a demo camera and sent it. Lens seems perfectly fine but if not for this lens delivery issue I could have rated the experience as excellent"

"I ordered the Canon T2i July 2nd from Fumfie and I did not get any shipping or tracking information. So I waited a couple days and called. They told me I would get it by the end of the business day. I didn't get anything. I called back another day. told me the same thing. I got nothing. I emailed them a couple times and got no response, called another time and the guy told me to hang up and leave a voice message. The camera came to my doorstep July 14th with no invoice and the original Canon battery was missing, replaced with a cheapy Zeikos brand battery. I called this morning and they told me they would ship out the original Canon battery and helped my find the invoice online. This is my first experience with Fumfie and everyone was helpful and nice when I did get a hold of someone, but it took a lot of back and forth with them to get what I expected."
