"This company is a MOUSETRAP, where you are a mouse and cheese is their attractive price. They attracted me with a good price on Nikon D700. I made the order online, then their representative called me and tried to add overpriced accessories into my order. I refused. Then he he said that 6% of shipping insurance of my whole order will be added, which is about $130. When I asked if the camera has a US manufacturer warranty, he said EYS (it was lie, they sell only gray cameras). So being fooled I decided to buy the camera even with this ridiculous shipping fee. So I confirmed the order and on the next day received email that they have shipped me the camera. After 10 days of waiting, when I got nothing, I called them and was informed that they have not shipped me the camera yet. On my question WHY, they said no cameras with US warranty left (!)and proposed me a grey camera with no warranty for the same total price. So I ended up canceling the order. What is the time waste."

"The customer service is outstanding, reps are friendly and knowledgeable. The order arrived on time, and in good condition. The only things I disliked is that an "insurance" charge was added after I placed my order. I think Fumfie should call this a Shipping and Handling charge, and show it in the cart so customers can see it before ordering. The price of their product was so low, I still would have ordered from them (had I seen the charge before hand) and it would not have made me upset at the hidden fee. I liked the call to confirm my order, however, I did not like the sales push to buy more accessories. Overall a good experience. "
