SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT SHOP HERE

"I purchased two items about two weeks ago that showed they were in stock. I also paid for the highest level of rush shipping. I still have not received a shipping confirmation. I emailed customer service to cancel my order and they said it could not be canceled once ordered even though it had not shipped. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company"

Scam - do not shop here

"On October 14, 2018, I placed an order for a tote bag. I selected and paid $15 for expedited shipping. I was never informed that this product was not in stock. Instead, FYE indicated that this would arrive by October 21, 2018 if I selected expedited shipping. As of today, nothing has even shipped. I have contacted FYE on several occasions asking when this will ship. They cannot provide me any confirmation on when this will ship. Therefore I asked for the order to be cancelled. They said they cannot cancel but I can request a refund after this ships and I send it back. If I go this route, I will be out for the $15 expedited shipping plus the return shipping. This is false advertising. FYE should state that this product is not in stock. Additionally, the should not provide a date it will be received by if you pay for expedited shipping."

"I sent 20 emails to tell them to cancel my order and they still have not it's been a month why charge people in first place if the order not in stock that's why people shop at Amazon I dont need item no more Amazon already sent to me "

Paid for expedited shipping

"Placed an order for an item that was listed "In Stock" and paid extra for expedited shipping (4-7 day delivery) and then a week later they haven't even shipped the item. They have refused to refund and don't seem to want to give me any info on when the shipping will actually occur. Normally not a huge deal, but this was a gift."

Funko Pop Collectors DO NOT BUY, SCAM!!

"I wish I did more research on them before I purchased anything. Saw them on some social media, thought it was safe.

I bought four funko pops from them, all of which are exclusive to FYE.com. A few days pass and I email them because I haven't gotten any shipping info. They proceed to tell me that 2 of the 4 pops I ordered actually aren't in inventory so they canceled it for me. So...if I never emailed asking about where my 4 pops were, I would have never found out because they don't tell you what's going on behind the scenes unless asked. Strike one.

They then refuse to cancel the order. Strike two. Then they say that the pops I wanted which were canceled are back in stock now so I can buy them again if I want. Strike three. Why would I buy it again so you can fleece me for more money? Every interaction thereafter is just them saying "Your other two pops will arrive soon." "Here is the tracking #." They just complete brush everything else under the rug and ignore it.

This company is a complete scam that will do anything to earn a buck.

FYE Backstage Pass

"I am extremely upset at FYE backstage pass. I signed up on Black Friday knowing I had till Christmas to cancel. I was told I would get one month free and just to call before the month was over to cancel my subscription. I called the number on the back of my booklet they gave me a week before Christmas to cancel and the lady tried to encourage me to keep the backstage pass twice. She even offered to reduce the monthly rate. Again I told her no and she very quickly told me she would “cancel my service and have a good day” before hanging up on me. No conformation. No nothing. That should have been my first hint. I got changed at the end of December and January for $11.99 after I canceled my subscription. I called today to get it sorted out and canceled, with a confirmation number, but I can’t get a refund. They have no record of me calling before Christmas. Why would I make this up? I have never had this problem in the past, but it will be something I will never forget. FYE and the company they use to “gain a profit” have lost my business for life. Also, the magazines they sign you up for have charged me there monthly rate as well. I have lost more money than I would have saved with this backstage pass. "

Customer service

"This is the worst experience I’ve had with any store. This was my first experience with the company and I’m never going back. Nobody responds to me to let me know my items couldn’t be delivered, nobody answers my emails sent about the issue, terrible communication. Still have no idea what the issue is, they took my money first thing though and I had to pay $8 for delivery. When asked about why it couldn’t be delivered they couldn’t answer me or let me know where I could go to check the address, which it was correct.

Customer service is no help, they didn’t even try to help me or the issue. It’s been about a week and I’ve still gotten no response from anybody.

I placed an order almost a month ago and it assured me it would be here no later than the 5th and I have not received anything or any communication. I had to reach out myself as the customer.

Very unprofessional business.

FYE is Deceptive

"Fye Backstage Pass Vip

FYE has stores all over the country and online.Back in Jan I was shopping in my local store for my kids who like all the super hero merchandise.When I was checking out the Sales/Associate asked me if I liked to save on this purchase and savings offers throughout the year at this store and many others by getting a BSP Vip card.She said it costs nothing to join. I like to save money so I said yes. She never said that if I didn't cancel this membership after 30 days I would be charged a monthly fee.Well, fast forward 5 months and I notice a transaction for $11.99 posting to my Credit card for FYE.I wasn't shopping or did not buy anything from FYE on 6/23.So I called my credit card to report a transaction I didn't make.That is when my Credit card rep told me that FYE had been reoccurring a monthly fee for $11.99 since Feb I called FYE and they refused to refund my money.They said you should have read the little booklet they gave you explaining your membership.No they should tell you up front that there is a stipulation.I am very angry as I lost almost $60.I told them I will never purchase another thing from FYE.The merchandise they sell is available through other merchants who do not use deception to make money off their customers. I think all of us who have been ripped off should file a class action suit.This should be illegal!
***I contacted their corporate office this week and they are supposed to refund 4 payments of 11.99 back to my credit card within the next 1-2 billing cycles. I will keep you posted.

"Okay I had never shopped at FYE until last Monday. After waiting fifteen minutes, I had to go to the back of the store to grab someone who was working the floor to help me check out. The man was nice and after he scanned my movie he asked me if I wanted the VIP backstage pass. He told me that it would allow me to get 10% off every purchase and it was free. I said "are you sure? its free?" and he said "yes it's free, so why not". So I said sure. Later that night, THANKFULLY, I read over my receipt only to find a message saying I would be charged $11.99 a month. This is ridiculous especially because I asked the man again to make sure it was free. So I called customer care who said my account won't pop up in their system until two more days. I called back two days later. After requesting to cancel my card, the representative went on for about 5 minutes on a different cheaper option and that I would only have to pay $5 a month. I asked him " so can I cancel my card or no?". He replied with some anger, " well I don't understand why you would sign up for this card if you were only going to cancel two days later". I said, increasingly frustrated ," well I don't understand why I was misinformed and lied to that this card would be completely free and I would get 10% off every time I use it". After a bit longer of the representative talking about different options, he finally started to cancel my card. He even gave me a cancelation number. Later that day I got an email saying my card was now active and I should visit the website. I can't call customer care now because they are not open of the weekend.
What made the situation worse is that my mom saw my VIP card on my desk and accidentally used it today. The card was suppose to be deactivated but for some reason it worked. I am utterly frustrated with this store and will never buy anything thing hear again. Looking at the other complaints I see this is a common thing.
I recommend that if someone buys from here, pay with cash. I am extremely disappointed with this store and its employees. I need this fixed now.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOU WILL NOT BE INFORMED OF CREDIT CARD CHARGES AND WILL BE LIED TO ABOUT "FREE" CARDS.

"the worst thing you can do is order from fye. the "customerservice" jerks will lie to you just to get you off of the phone. my entire experience is to long to share but took not less than 12 calls and 2 hours on the computer to only to be told 5 of 7 cds ordered where on "back order" never again!!!!"

"be careful, I just got bamboozled by FYE and apparently out of nowhere saw $66 charge on my credit card for a magazine subscription that I never signed up for. I was able to call and get a full refund but who needs the stress with all of the identity theft and scams going on right now I will never walk in that store again. & I hope they go out of business as soon as possible"
