"Same story as the rest. Actually sent a controller in for their "send in" service. I surprisingly spoke with a "representative" once out of twenty phone calls. They claimed it would be shipped 3/11. It should have been delivered by now considering it's traveling one state away. No response to voicemails or e-mails. I can/will file a dispute with AMEX however looks like I'm out one wireless xbox 360 controller. Perhpas small claims court would be an option. Worth it?"

I have sent over 4 emails asking for a tracking nuber. ever single time they send me and email generated from a automtic response email. every time you try to call they always say that theyre "represenatives" are assisting other customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!"
"Ordered to Xbox 360 Controler Shells and 2 mod chips for these controllers on 12/13/2010 from their website which showed all items in stock. Also ordered send in service for a PS3 controller to be modified, a controller which I owned and now have lost out on (55bucks). It is now January 5, 2011 and I have not heard anything from this company other than my receipt email showing that my credit card had been charged on Dec. 13, 2010. They do not answer their phone when called to cancel the order to get a refund. I have now filed a dispute with my visa card company to have a charge back placed against this merchant. Definetely a company you do not want to do business with. Stay away from these Xmas spoilers and crooks. "

"Wow, I'm glad I'm not alone. I ordered a controller for my husband on Dec 11 and fortunately, I did receive it on Dec 24. However, I too tried repeatedly calling the company to find out the status of my order since their website says it only took 3-4 day until shipping and I also got voicemail, and e-mails of promises to contact me within 24 hours. As luck would have it, on Christmas my husband was having trouble with the remote and he called a left a scathing voicemail saying how he couldn't figure it out even after following the directions, wanted to know if the company was a scam and asked for a return phone call. Well, he did figure it out, but here it is on the 30th and still no return phone call. So far the remote is good, but the company really sucks when it comes to customer service. I intend on filing a complaint with the BBB.
PS: I did some checking and on May 13, 2010 their status with the Better Business Bureau of West Florida was revoked due to complaints and unresolved issues (they refused to work with the BBB to resolve complaints!!) and they currently have an "F" rating. Go figure."

"On 12/9 I ordered an sps-x3, paid thru debit card on 12/10, It's 12/27, nothing has rrived from them. I also have made numerous phone calls, sent numerous e-mails and am unable to contact them. I'm beginning to get suspicious of the company. It's time to contact my bank and probably call the Attorney General ffice and the BBB. This company has done this to too many people. "I ordered my 14 year old son a controller from this company back on Dec. 8th. They charged my credit card on Dec. 9th. On Dec. 22nd, I hadn't received the controller yet, so tried to call. Called four times, got voice mail every time. Left messages, never got a call back. Sent an email, got a ticket number back, and said they would contact me within a day, no contact. Meanwhile, today is the day after Christmas, and still no controller. This was my son's only Christmas gift, so guess what, he woke up Christmas morning with NOTHING! Don't mess with my kids. Whenever I email them I get a generated ticket number saying they will get back with me between 24-48hrs. I ordered my controller on the 16 of dec. It's now Christmas eve. "JUNK!!! I ordered a PS3 controller for $130.00 and it worked for a week! I sent it back for repair and when the sent it back to me two weeks later it got lost in the mail. Gamermodz did not insure the package and now are simply ignoring me. I have requested my money back or at least a replacement and they have been giving me the run around for a month. I ordered a controller 3/12/10 with 2 day air at 1:35 PM which was a Friday.
Most would expect item received from merchant by Wed the next week at the latest.
I did not receive an email on Monday with tracking info so went to the website and found that they DO NOT have a way for the customer to find out what is going on with the purchase you made.
There is an email tht you can send to support so that is what I did and expected something back with trcking info.
Tuesday no replay from Gamermodz.com so sent a second email.
Wed no replay so sent the 3rd email.
Later WED I called customer service and was forced to leve a voice mail.
Thursday afternoon I received an email saying item will ship soon and gave me a tracking number.
Friday kept checking tracking number they gve and no info ws generated for tht tracking number.
Emiled support again saying tracking was not valid.
Monday still no reply from Gamermodz, so I checked the tracking number and saw it was shipped.
Tuesday 11 days from order placed I received the controller I ordered.
I checked this company on ebay and seems they once sold items there and they were rted with a 77 out of a hundred. All customer complained about late shippments and communication that was lacking. Beware of these guys"
