"I too wish I would have seen this before I placed an order. I ordered a controller for my son on May 1st for his birthday on May 11th. Today is July 7th and still no controller. I have called numerous times. Sent numerous emails, I haven't heard back from anyone. The only thing that they DID do was take the $43 out of my account for the controller that I still haven't seen.

Update! Finally, I was able to get someone on the phone yesterday. (July 25th) I explained that I had ordered a controller on May 1st and that money was taken out of my account on May 2nd and that I STILL didn't have a controller and that at this point all that I wanted was my money back. She apologized and said that they had been out of the chrome shells and hadn't been able to get any for quite awhile. And to my surprise, TODAY my account shows a DEPOSIT from them. They gave me my money back. While I will NEVER EVER order from them again, I felt it was important to get on here and give credit where credit is due. I thought I would never be able to get my money back. I was wrong."
