"I'm sick as well...having read these other emails of scammed customers. I ordered a Juggernaut Controller with upgrades for approx. $178 w/shipping back on Dec. 19th, 2011. XMAS gift for my son. Its been 5 weeks and countless contact attempts only to get no response! Now I'm afraid I won't see anything including my money. Short of driving to Tampa, I would love to have others email me with how they have gotten their money back... my email is ****@**** "

"I am still trying to patiently wait for my Jugggernaut controller. My order was placed on 1/07/12 I like many others didn't see any of this negative till right after I had Placed my order. I tried calling, emailing, emailing the owners through a whois service etc. 2nd week in I received an email back saying it would ship at the end of the week. a week ago my order status showed picked and ready to ship now this hasn't changed for over a week. Sad this is if they would just contact me and give me a realistic timeline and explanation of their situation I would be fine waiting a little extra. But it's awful not having any idea if you are just out almost $160 or what..... Jeremy

"Worst experience I have ever had with any company. I ordered a controller on dec 24 and i still don't have it. I called to inquirer and they don't answer their phones. I then sent an email and it took 3 days for them to get back to me and tell me their bussy. That's nice I am too I still have to provide customer service. The controller I ordered is a stock controller not anything really special. I will never order again and will tell my friends to use another modded controller company like gamingmods.com. I ordered from them and got my controller in two days. "

"I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in customer service and communications with gamermodz.com. We did finally get our controller. Production levels may be extremely high and the website has not been updated to reflect those changes. a 2-4 day turn around stretched closer to 20 days and the site still states that our controller is "ready to pack" however, my son is upstairs playing CoD with it right now."

"As for all of the other reviews I too got scammed by this company. I ordered a send in service on Dec 30 , 2011 sent my controller in to themas they asked. Well I was a fool. It is now Jan 13, 2012 and after countless phone calls, noumours emails, and lots of voice mail I have yet to be contacted about my order or controller. This company would be shut down for the poor business ethics they are displaying to the whole world. I am calling the Florida attorney generals office as soon as I finish this. A little advice if you decide to go with this company do yourself a favor and buy the shipping insurance for a few bucks. At least you can get you money back like I did."

"i see that i am not the first one to get ripped off by gamermodz.I purchased a custom controller thye charged my credit card then when it was three weeks late i started to call i never got an answer it always said all the sales associates were busy i left over twenty voicemails and six emails. Two weeks later i got an email saying it still is sitting in there store room and they would refund my money for shipping and they would then over night it. One week later i never got my money for the shipping back i never got a controller so i went to the bank and got my money back then i got a very nasty email saying im a horrible customer from a sales associate and they said dont ever buy from us again. if you would like to see these emails and learn the in depth story message me but i advise everyone dont shop with them it is a scam. if you are looking for a good safe website to order a modded controller go to ebay and search modded controllers use XL team for their mods i got it three days early i called and emailed just to make a point and i got an email reponse within two hours and i got a person no problem. They are cheeper and better plus its safe off of ebay. If you have any questions my email is ****@****"

"I can help you with getting the money they took from you. They ripped me off too and I called my bank and asked what I could do. They said do a "stop payment" on that charge. After you do this you will need a few things that they ask you for. I have a document pre types up that they took and I got it all back within the week. "BEWARE! I placed an order on Nov 13, 2011. My credit card was charged on Nov 15 which led me to believe my order was ready for shipping. I have left numerous voice messages (all calls go to voicemail) and emails with absolutely no response. Today I filed a complaint with the Florida Better Business Bureau and also the Florida Attorney General's Office."

"After reading the previous reviews, I don't expect a controller. I have had the same no response as others. I have disputed the charge with the credit card company. I got a different phone number than the 866..... It too goes to a voice mail. I will not be charged for the item. I wish I had read this before. There are lessons to learn here.
I received the modes controller Dec 16. All works fine. It took 28 days. Communication was poor, but they did write me that they would get more chips a week before. Actions showed true. I wish you all similar experience. Keep calling and sending emails.

"What can i honestly say about this company that hasn't been said yet. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE costumer service, impossible to contact them. I place an order on Nov. 3, Requested a status update on the 5-6, NO response until the 17th. AND A COPY AND PASTE BS excuse at that. - "we have had a delay in the shipment of the chips we use to mod the controllers" -
I requested a refund and haven't received a response on that.

I also had a problem with my card being charged when i first tried to buy the product, emailed them with the problem, WITHIN 3 HOURS i had a response and solution with the problem.


I want this company to burn to the ground.

"AS all of these other reviews I have EXACTLY the same experience. My 13yr old son saved his Birthday money to order a controller. Like a dummy.. I did not check reviews before placing an order with this Fraudulant company. It's sad... we ordered this controller on Nov 1st.and still haven't received it OR any info about it. You can not ge a live person on the phone, no one returns messages, the emails are genericly generated and meen NOTHING. Now my son is out $72 and disappointed. i am going to report this to The BBB , but I don't know what good it will do because the BBB website states that GAMERMODZ is not cooperating with them. This is the most horrible disappointing experience I have had with ordering online. I used ,my bank debit card and can not get the money back because "I authorized the payment" yeah for services not rendered! how is this place still in business??"

"I to placed an order for my son with his birthday money. Not only have we not received the controller but can't even get a hold of anyone to find out where it is. I received one e-mail back from them saying they were waiting for an order to come in with the chips they use to make the controllers, and still nothing. All of my follow up e-mails I received the same automatic message with a confirmation and ticket # that a representantive will be assigned. Still nothing and of course forget about a phone call. I believe this company is a hoaks!!"

"GamerModz.com is the BIGGEST joke around. My 12 yr old son gave me HIS OWN money to order some products from this piece of crap place and six months later we still have not recieved squat from them. I contacted the BBB and they tried to help but still got nothing accomplished. But GamerModz sure took the money off my credit card for products that we didnt recieve. Hope you lose your ass on ur sucky business and go under!"
