"Im not a first time buy from gamermodz, ive bought four different modified controllers from them every one of them had been delivered to my house within a week and a half. This last modified controller had some problems i called gamermodz and explained what was going on and they payed for my shipping to send it back and back to me. Thies guys stand behind there word when it comes to making customers happy.

"I din't have a bad experience with GamerModz, they delivered my parts within a week and that was that. Their customer service is a different issue however. While not the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, they didn't seem too organized. I asked if any of their parts would work with my wired controller, and it took them about two weeks to respond saying the pieces would only work with wireless controllers only (false because all the buttons and joysticks work for both models) which didn't impress me that much.
But that was just a minor incident to me. I don't see anything wrong with this company, and would recommend them to anyone who already knows what they want and has done the research."

Emailed once,,no reply. Tracking said controller would be delivered Jan. 5. Quite disappointed in the companies lack of communication."

"Hi all, despite all the recent reviews regarding gamermodz they're not that bad. I've recently purchase a new xbox 360 controller SPS-X3 rapid fire controller just this past week. Place the order on sunday (receive confirmation of my order) and Monday receive another email from gamermodz (after emailing them first) that my order will ship thursday of the same week. On thursday, my order was shipped and receive it today (Saturday 2 days) and it was exactly what I wanted in a modded controller. Honestly, I didn't read any reviews on this company before purchasing from this company. If I had read the reviews I wouldn't have purchased from them based on the amount of negative reviews and the "F" grading from BBB.gov. However, I must say that since I did order from them recently under the new management every email was answered and only "one" phone call unreturned (I only made one call). Otherwise, I must say it was "scary" but pleasant experience. Would I purchase from them in the future? I would purchase from Gamermodz.com again but only after the company has restored their faith in there consumers (which will take sometime). I'm not defending them but if you own an LLC despite losing your only boss (the owner) I can understand why order were not processed however the site should have been taken down during that transition and only orders already place should have access to view their orders until the transition was complete.
I hope this restores some faith that your orders will ship and GamerModz will make it right with all there claims.

Called multiple times on the number listed on the site and a 813 number and get an automated message "due to high call volume we cannot answer all calls please leave a message. "UPDATE: Gamermodz was being investigated for fraud. A new investor came along and bought the company. They are actually trying to make good on past orders that were never filled. Call them and they will make it right."
"We ordered a customized controller for our son on January 11th, it was fairly basic given all of the choices they offer. On January 23rd I emailed for an update on the order, that's right 12 days later. Only received an automated response. I tried again by email on the 26th as well as by phone several times without answer to the email or the phone calls.
On January 27th I disputed the charge with American Express. They sent letters that received no response from the vendor. As of right now American Express has back charged this vendor and given me our money back.
DO NOT order from this place and I certainly wouldn't send in a controller for their mail-in service. If we had done that we probably would have never received the controller back."

"I'm just going to post the message that I sent to gamermodz, to simplify and fully express my opinion.
After ordering on 1/26/12, I waited for your guaranteed shipping to be completed no later than 4 business days, where your site failed to update the order status. After giving up on your miserable company, I called to cancel the order, as I found the product somewhere else. You never contacted me after I left multiple messages in a variety of contact attempts. Just today, 2/9/12, I received the package, still your site says it has not shipped. Somewhat intrigued I opened the package only to find that it was not what I had ordered. It was a clear shell, void of the hydro dipped paint job I had ordered. I am done with your business. I would return it, but I fear to never hear from you. So I'm simply cutting my losses, and can assure you that you will never see business from anyone I know, and will spread word however I can of your horrific business ethics. "I don't see the big deal. Sure, they may not send you an email saying that it shipped, but if you look online the tracking data is listed. I ordered a mail in mod, waited about a month, and sure enough it came back to me working and works on all games i've tried it on (Including MW3). I would recommend this site to others"
"I had a terrible experience with GamerModz.com. My sister in law and I ordered a highly customized XBox controller for my son for Christmas. We ordered over the telephone all the options (rapid fire, lit joysticks, etc.). The cost was significant. The controller arrived a week later and it was given to my son for X-Mas two weeks later. My son played with it and I noticed that the joysticks did not light and the ABXY button stayed lit always. Most signficantly, the controller arrived with right joy stick being inoperative in the horizontal axis. My son noticed it and I checked it on three different games etc. It did not work. The stock controllers worked.
My sister-in-law and I then tried to contact Gamermodz, by calling and writing them on their web-site not less than 10 times. My sister in law then had her credit card company contract them and they did not respond to them either. Finally, after 8 days, they contracted me. I understood that it was the busy season, but 8 days to ignore a customer with a problem was not acceptable. They only responded when I sent them a legally threateneing letter. I mailed the controller back to them and a few days later, a woman called me. She claimed they checked the controller, there was nothing wrong with it. They never provided any instuctions and apparently, there is a process to get the joysticks to light up. Not including instructions is unacceptable. Also, you have to pay extra to have the lit buttons turn off when it is not in use. However, I am 100% the right joystick was not operative in the horizontal. Gamermodz told me I did not know what I was doing etc., which I did not appreciate. They were surley if not outright rude. The credit card company stopped payment when they did not respond to its call to them. We did not want to let the charge go through until we knew the unit worked. The promised to call us back to resolve the issue. Instead they simply kept the unit and never called us back ruining my 7 year old son's Christmas gift."
