"Forgot to post a review for them. Doing Spring Cleaning, found a receipt from them and remembered that I owed them a rave review. Purchased Pioneer car stereo and speakers from them. Absolutely best price I found anywhere. I was skeptical at first because the price seemed too good to be true. I went to their store in Brooklyn to pick up the items. They were very nice and friendly. The items were as promised "Brand New" in mint condition and worked perfectly. Would definitely buy from them again."

"Purchased a Kicker amp at a GREAT deal. However, when the amp came in, it didn't really look new. It was installed, but turned out to be faulty. I emailed support, and never got an answer. After a week of waiting, I called to get an RMA. They received it, and about a week and a half later I emailed them to find out the status of the RMA. A week later (about 20 days since they received the amp) I got an email saying it was out of stock and I'd be refunded. Great prices, sure. Used products? Maybe. Timely responses? Not at all, provided you get one."
"I placed an order for a Sony mini-audio system. Their web site showed that the item was IN STOCK, so I thought that I would have it within a few days. The next day I received a message from customer service telling me that the item was on backorder but should be in "soon." I checked the web site just to make sure it had said IN STOCK and sure enough, it still said they had it. The next day I spoke to the same customer service rep who left me the "in soon" message, but this time she said "I don't know when these will be coming in. Would you like me to find out?" I never heard back from her, despite several follow-up emails from me. Since I wasn't in a huge rush I thought I would wait a while for delivery. Every week or so I would check the status of my order (BACKORDERED) and the status of the item on their web site (IN STOCK). Finally, after about a month I ordered it elsewhere (HypeAudio) and received the stereo within a week. I emailed GoPCPlus asking that they cancel my backorder and acknowledge receipt of my cancellation request. No reply from them. The order still shows as open. So, they lie about the stock status, they provide misleading information about estimated ship dates, they don't respond to phone calls or emails. Why would anyone tolerate them?"
"Purchased and paid for In-dash DVD player on a Monday, called to confirm if item is in stock and they said "YES IT IS". They called me on Thursday and said the item is on back-order or maybe discontinued. It took them almost a week to call me and tell me this. They still have this item listed on their site. Poor way of doing business. BAD SELLER...they also have the same complaint on EBAY.

"I purchased speakers for my car, Alpine SPR-176A Type R Component speakers from GOPCPLUS.COM. They had the best price for Alpine speakers, by far, of any on-line retailer. I ordered my speakers on-line, and received an e-mail notification of the order. The following day I received an e-mail notification providing shipping information and expected delivery date. The speakers delivered on time, packaged very well, with no issues. I even received a follow up e-mail notifying me that the delivery was made. I am very pleased with both the price, and the service provided. I will be using GOPCPLUS.COM in the future."
"I ordered an auto CD/receiver from these guys on very early December 16 morning, after finding them via pricegrabber. They had the best price for the Kenwood unit I was looking for a Christmas gift. I ordered the item "three day select" shipping. I called them Tuesday afternoon and was told to call back on Wednesday to find out the status. I did and was told they could not contact the "warehouse" but the unit must have been shipped since they invoiced me already but no tracking number or proof of shipping. I called back again twice Thursday, same thing on Friday and Sunday. On Monday morning (Dec 22) I called again and finally got a tracking number, it had shipped Thursday via regular GROUND UPS (not the three day select I paid for). I called back after tracking the item and requested a refund of shipping cost, they said that they would, got a call back Tuesday morning saying they had credited my cc for the difference of the shipping costs (that is good). I did get the item today (Christmas Eve) so that is very good. I will say this, the item was well packaged and everytime I called these guys during business hours, someone answered the phone and tried to help."
"Odered 9/1/03. 2-3 days were spent before shipped. UPS originally scheduled delivery early then for some reason the package was routed from the DFW metroplex to San Antonio, TX eventually delivered 9/11/03 (2 days after initial date) and 1 day after promised delivery per UPS web site. Should have refunded shipping charges to shipper GoPCPlus. E-mails x 2 have not been answered by GoPCPlus regarding refund of shipping charges. Would not use them again 1.) Took to long to ship and 2) Unresponsive to e-mail. Correct product delivered in new condition. Poor packing quality. "
"Ordered an iPaq h5550 on a Sunday. Got the package on Tuesday! Nice!! I only paid for regular ground (7-10 days) but something tells me that it's because I live on the other side of the puddle it got to me so quick. But the e-mails were quick and prompt; paid via paypal, got a shipping confirmation next business day (Tuesday since my order was more-or-less done on a Monday).
