"Ordered an iPaq h5550 on a Sunday. Got the package on Tuesday! Nice!! I only paid for regular ground (7-10 days) but something tells me that it's because I live on the other side of the puddle it got to me so quick. But the e-mails were quick and prompt; paid via paypal, got a shipping confirmation next business day (Tuesday since my order was more-or-less done on a Monday). Would buy again from them and the customer service to help me verify the order was very fast and friendly. Time for me to play with my new toy.. Thanks GoPCPlus."

"New Years Eve, i ordered a hard drive (wd800jb) from my friend's account he set up for his work. It was quick and easy. Smooth sailing until i found the 120gig for only $30 more shipped. I promptly went to their site to canel the order the next night and now where on their site offers you to check your order and cancel it. No problem, call them the next day. My friend gets an e-mail about the order having issues (the billing address differs than the shipping address). I contact insight to tell them just to cancel the product and to me, it seems like they processed the order just to say it can't be cancelled. It was only when i called my bank up and they hint that what they did could be concidered Credit Card Fraud. They billed me even though there was a conflict in the information. Simply put: if i found your Credit Card Receipt, guess what, you just paid for that 80 gig hard drive thank you. They didn't seem to catch that there was a problem with the order or they just didn't care. It wasn't until i brought it up to their customer service rep about what happened did they seem to care about the order. It did help that i mentioned CC Fraud that really sparked their urgency to fix this problem.
I do have to say that over the phone, they are more than willing to help out. But via e-mail, it felt cold and almost forceful for you to take the product you want and don't allow the client to cancel at any cost."
