"While the experience of selecting, paying for and receiving the firearm was great, having my data hacked and then having to deal with the fraud was not. Going to be a while before I am comfortable buying from them again. It would've been nice to be compensated in some way for the inconvenience."

"After my order I was notified by my CC company of 30+ purchases made using my CC a couple days later. The card was blocked to prevent any further charges. A few days later I was notified by an “i’m Sorry” email from Gunbuyer that there was a breach and possible loss of my CC information. I contacted Gunbuyer to let them know that my information had been stolen and used on 30+ purchases and I was not satisfied with their “I’m sorry approach”. I received a message the next day apologizing again with no effort made to correct the problem but with the offer to assist me with any future purchases... The firearm was fine with no issues and this was not my first purchase but will likely be my last from Gunbuyer. You would think a company would go the extra mile to make it up to a customer when they allowed a breach of your name, address, telephone number, email, etc. to happen... I also made a review on the firearm I purchased at this time but it appears to have been blocked and not made available to viewers who look at the reviews under that firearm.."
