"The most significant parts that I ordered was missing in my package. I was not very happy with this and not the parts are no longer available.
I would have liked best to get the parts I ordered for the price I paid.
I just got an refund for the parts but not the delivery fee. And given the relatively high handling and delivery cost about 20% of the order I wanted compensation for some of this as well, but apparently this was not an option for customer service.
1. Don't trust that you will get the parts you ordered.
2. Don't expect to get compensated for delvery fees when parts are missing."
"All the products I purchased worked and were in great condition.
My only gripe is that the spudger tool broke the flat side tip almost immediately. I'm not sure If this was user error or a faulty product but I am going to assume user error due to how I was using it.
The speaker came and worked as design. Packaging/protection seemed light as the speaker is a fragile part but there were no issues.
The guide was extremely easy to follow and complete even though it was a complex procedure in my eyes. I would 100% recommend iFixIt. "

"This is the second iFixit battery that has been in this laptop and neither battery has come close to matching the longivity of the original battery. Original battery would last most most of the day while your battery gets to about half of that. I followed initial charging procedures for both batteries but then again maybe I am expect too much from aftermarket batteries. Installation was quick and easy though. "

Mine had an area that had dead pixels top right about the size of a pencil eraser and the phone gave an alert that it was not an apple screen and might not have all of the apple iphone features. This phone has become a spare so I'm not going through the hassle to try another screen. Like anything you get what you pay for"
