"I ordered a replacement for a shattered Apple Watch lens plus the repair tools. iFixit promptly sent the wrong lens for my Apple series 2 watch although the order clearly specified Series 2. I promptly returned the entire iFixit package and iFixit credited my credit card account for all but a little over $18 (postage and restocking). Considering it was not my fault iFixit sent the wrong lens, it **** that they stuck me with postage and restocking. "

"There are a large number of tools that will likely be useful. I've not needed many of them so far though. The quality seems great and my first repair went smoothly; no broken tools or devices.

My only complaint so far is that the logo on the front of the kit case was worn from when I received it. For something new this shouldn't be the case. However, it doesn't affect the functionality of the kit at all. Not the best first impression though, as it made it look like it might have been used!"
