"Extreme Caution! Ordered 2 Prius smart keys for Christmas presents. Gave them and then could not be programmed. Called for advice and tried twice again with the iKeyless instrucitons. Neither could be programmed. A waste of time and money. As given as presents the 30 day refund time lapsed so they refused a refund. They offered an in house credit, but if these did not work why would I exchange for others that do not? I would seriously caution against purchasing from the company."

"The remotes for our '98 Toyota Sienna had long since died. After recent car battery issues which caused our alarm to activate, we realized we needed to replace the remote. Our local Dealer quoted a cost of $180+ per remote not including a visit and service charge of another $70+ for programming. We then contacted iKeyless. Their Customer Service Rep was very helpful and the cost was less than half the Dealer price. Free programming instructions were included which she indicated we should be able to handle ourselves. A return policy was offered as well, which is always appreciated. "
