"1st of all, I would say thank you very much for the great custom services. I purchased a flip key w/remote control for my 350z,it's only took 7 day to delivery to Hawaii(tracking# showed). But for some unknown reason I did not receive the item from USPS. Then I emailed iKeyless and got helpful reply in next day. Now I am waiting for my another same order from iKeyless that reshipped for free. Also for safety issues the new package has personal signature required for me for no additional cost. I am not talking about the $, I am talking about the feeling that when you have trouble, and there always a guy will help on "****@****". Thank you ^^so much!!!

"Questionable business practices. I ordered on 12/12/11 and have yet to receive my item. After numerous attempts at calling customer service I gave up. Finally was able to contact them thru email. Was told on 1/5/12 that item was on backorder and would ship in one week. It is now 1/17/12 and still no delivery has been received. 36 days! This is how a business is run?"

" purchased replacement remote shell - 3 button for 2006 honda pilot. ikeyless describes product: "Sometimes the outer case for your keyless entry remote can be damaged or cracked. Even normal wear and tear can often lead to an unpleasant cosmetic appearance. This replacement shell will have your remote looking sleek and stylish in no time. Beware! This will not work. Got product quickly, put guts in shell. Your old key cannot be reused b/c it is molded to the plastic so I got auto locksmith to laser cut the blank key on the new shell. The buttons to open and lock the car worked, the key inserted into the ignition, but the engine would not turn over. had to go to honda dealer to program, which costs about $100. Additionally, there is a chip in the key so the product I bought from keyless couldn't be programmed. I had to buy one from the dealer for another $40. don't buy this product over the internet. IT WILL NOT WORK and you will be out the money you spent on the shell and laser cutting."

"Placed order on 12/31/11, and received an email with a USPS tracking # for the keyless remote on 01/02/12 indicating that it would be shipped shortly and that I should expect to receive it in 3 to 5 days. It is currently 01/14/12 and I still have not received my remote. Further still, I have not received any notification as to why I have not received it. From my previous experience with online retailers if there is any problems with the order (backorder/discontinued product, etc.), they send some type of notification. Other reviewers appear to be experiencing the same situation, thus indicating that my situation is not unique. "
