"I ordered two separate remotes from ikeyless. One of my cars never had electronic keys and would not program even with the new remote so I sent it back and they promptly refunded me.

The second remote did not work for some reason and was probably defective. After talking to customer service, who responded very quickly and politely each time, I sent back this remote. The new remote came in the mail a few days later and worked perfectly.

Overall even though I had problems they responded quickly and resolved all of my issues.
