"Ordered a alarm remote for my vehicle. Got the product in a great delivery time. The product came with instructions on how to program your specific vehicle. I had some small problems trying to program the remote to my vehicle and i contacted Ikeyless customer service and they were able to email me in a prompt time and help me with no issues program the device to my car.

"I wrote iKeyless before purchasing, and asked about the bad reviews. They convinced me they would do right by me, and honestly, it went SO WRONG. We purchased 2 remotes and 2 keys for '08 Saturn Outlook. Got the keys set up no problem. The remotes took time. After going a locksmith, to our dealer, and then another dealer, and finding out that we had the wrong remotes, we had spent a lot of time and energy. At the 3rd dealer we were worn out, and just bought two new remotes there (they also charge for setting up iKeyless remotes).
Now iKeyless says THEY GAVE US THE WRONG Saturn '08 remotes. Yet will not give us a refund because we are past 30 days. We don't want store credit, we don't need anything else, we just want our cash back!!"

"Looks like I am another victim of this shady scam company that sells refurbished/used items without the upfront advertising to consumers. The way this company gets around the technicality is that they post a acceptance of terms button to click just prior to completing your order....that is after consumer fills in all information and credit card data. The terms are on a separate page to boot. What a slimy way of conducting business. After contacting them directly, they give you the run around. When asked what kind of business they are running, they responded with "a successful one". Hell yes they are, at the cost of consumers. If you value your money...go elsewhere to legitimate companies for a "new" product. Check complaint listing of companies before placing an order.

"I was very pleased to purchase a remote from iKeyless. Their instructions were clear and provided me a way to get a remote for my vehicle and program it without paying the dealer over $200 (I spent less than $50 with iKeyLess).

"I purchased an 03 Toyota Celica remote as a Christmas gift from iKeyless. It did not work so iKeyless sent another one, which was as well-worn as the first, and also didn't work. The recipient went to the dealer and was told that the FCC number was incorrect and gave the correct FCC number. By this time, both the 30 day return and the 90 day warranty were up. iKeyless requested that the two remotes be returned. They then called to say that the correct remote costs extra. When the recipient tries to pay for the new, correct remote, iKeyless claims that the credit card information is incorrect. At that time the rep says a refund isn't possible and there is nothing further they can do. After another long phone wait (20 minutes) and email discussion with the manager (including the provision that this review be removed/revised), a refund check is issued. In their favor, the reps are always polite. Although they have an email support "ticket" system, there has never any response (multiple attempts). You have to call the toll free number M-F 9-5 EST and hope you get through. Although a refund check was sent (not yet deposited), I will not order from this company again, nor would I recommend them. "Buyer beware, or better yet, don't do business with these folks. I purchased a key with integrated keyfob in Jan of 2011. It appeared to be broken and was a 4 button instead of the 3 button that I ordered. They shipped a replacement and it too was poor quality and a 4 button. The 4 button is cheaper btw. I returned both using their provided package and included my shipping invoice for reference. It is now March and they are ignoring me, stating that they didn't get anything. They are a buch of cheats and scammers!"
"Ordered and recieved my keyless remote for my Mazda RX-8. It did take a little longer then I would have expected it to take for my package to arrive, but it did arrive and it worked perfectly. I placed my order on March 3rd and recieved my remote on March 26th.
I had no problem getting ahold of iKeyless by phone and by their technical support ticket system. I called them the day I placed my order to make sure I was getting the correct remote. The lady I spoke with told me I was ordering the correct remote, but seemed like she didn't know exactly what I was talking about, so I placed a technical support request and they responded the next day and again said I was ordering the correct remote.
All in all I had no problems with iKeyless and would order from them again."
"ikeyless is a sham operation. I bought a toyota smart key and nowhere did it say it was used, but when it arrived it was obviously used, worn and scratched. I took it to my toyota dealership and they tried to program it and it succeded in opening the car but not to start it. If you call them they may answer, they may not. If you get them on the line and have a complaint they act like they have a bad cell phone connection and hang up on you. If you submit a ticket for help you'll never get a response. Buy somewhere else, anywhere else and save yourself the hassle. I had to have my credit card company back out the charge, which wasn't a problem because ikeyless wouldn't answer their phone..."
"Don't order from them , They keys used from this company are not the same as factory keys. Dealerships and Locksmiths WILL NOT cut the keys due to damage from the metal used in the making of the keys. Customer Service will try to explain that the keys come from the factory but they DO NOT come from the factory
Customer Service will answer the Phone after 45 rings, so just let it ring till they eventually pick up, ticket system doesn't work, submit a ticket and you wont receive a email confirming the ticket has been submitted nor will it give you a ticket number to track the problem
