"My name is Derek Colvin and I recently ordered a "Replacement Button" for my Chrysler 300. Something happened with their system and my order was not placed but I was charged for it. Being knowledgeable about computer operations, I wasnt at all upset. I joined their chat line and a rep named Nick helped me out tremendously! He gave me a tracking number and my order is here in Birmingham, AL where I live. I understand mistakes happen, and I would never make an attempt to defame "IKeyless" as a company."
"Ordered on Dec 31, 2010 and here it is March 16, 2011 and i still don't have a working remote for 2004 Jeep Cherokee. They had them on backorder after i had ordered mine so i waited a few weeks and got it and took it to the Jeep Dealer and it wouldn't program so i had to pay them $10 for trying and ikeyless said to send it back and they would send out another one, i sent it back and thats it, no one has answered the phone for the last 2 weeks, no reply on email or no response on their ticket support system. I filed for chargeback on credit card, i have given them way too much time and it looks like they closed up shop. The remote was suspicious as it had no serial number or model number or fcc code. Will just buy from another retailer. "
"I was very impressed with the service I received from the iKeyless company. Not only was their website easy to navigate, but they were quick to get my replacement key out in the mail.
They went out of their way to help me out when the dealership was reluctant to help program my smart key. I'd recommend them to any of my friends or family regardless of the scenario.
You can tell this is a genuine, wholesome company. They aren't looking to scam anyone. In fact, they were more help than my local dealership! I can't thank them enough. Jayme (my cust svc rep) bent over backwards to assist me with my key issue. She was very good at keeping in contact with me and she was extremely professional.

"Order from them on Feb 23, 2011. Patiently waited until March 8th before calling only to find out they 'lost' info as to whether they shipped and was waiting for ME to call back!!
Said they would ship immediately on the 8th. Waited another week and they said it was shipped "yesterday" on the 14th!
I did get a USPS tracking number but I have no idea if its
for something comeing to me or not. I wait some more.
I am really sorry I did not google this site before ordering.

"Doesn't work .Waited about 12 days to get them then tried them the same day. Thought maybe did something wrong so tried a different set of directions they sent. Still the results!!! Do not recommend!! Now I have to try to send them back and deal with then not wanting to give a refund!"
"Don't use iKeyless.com. Don't get ripped off like I did. I placed an order with them on Feb.23,2011 and never received my order. They don't return e-mails. I called them after one week and they said they had a problem with the order number and would ship it right out and after another week went buy the order never came. They of course charged my credit card company right away. I'm now disputing the charges with Capital One. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else!! "
"I bought 2 blank keys that ikeyless advertized as a factory keys worth $35.00. I keyless sent basic blanks that you can get at any store .. I took the blank keys to a locksmith 15 miles away, and he told me that they sent the wrong blanks. I Then took the keys to the Chevy dealer and was informed also that the blank keys were wrong and will Not work with the car. I have emailed them 5 times , ikeyless has tried to say that it’s me and I am not taking the key to the right place to be cut. I then tried to call them with no luck, 3 times on hold with a wait time of 10 to 18 min just to get a message or no answer. I have no recourse but to just send back the keys ( without a authorization number because they won’t give one), and file a report with the credit card and the BBB. I have been shopping on line for over 10 years and This is the worst customer service that I have received. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WEB SIGHT. They will rip you off!"
"By far the worst customer service and it would have been nice had they told me a Mitsubishi Galant MUST BE TAKEN TO A DEALERSHIP to have the "clicker" programmed BEFORE I bought this. The closest dealership is 2+ hours away and they charge $85 to program the damn thing....I will NEVER order from iKeyless again and I'll make sure everyone I know never orders from them either.
Edited to add that customer service wasn't concerned with going over the steps with me. The first guy I talked to said they sent me the wrong directions so he emailed new ones...the exact same directions I already had. I'm just really ticked that I called BEFORE I ordered to make sure that I would be able to do-it-myself and NOT pay a dealer to do it...iKeyless employees are liars! "
"DO NOT USE IKEYLESS! Read the other reviews. Too many customers have been burned. I ordered 2 programmable keys from them on their representation that auto dealers commonly would program them for free and, if not, locksmiths would do it very reasonbly. NOT TRUE in both cases. Every dealership in the area wanted $100 up to $150 to program the keys if the keys were the same as original factory,otherwise they would nothing other than sell you their key for $100 or more. Most of the locksmiths in the area could not program keys at all. I did find 2 that could program keys but they insisted on using their own key products because "We've had nothing but problems with anything other than the brand that we sell." TechLock provided their key and programmed it perfectly for $50.
After running around trying for a little over a month without success, I tried to return the uncut keys to iKeyLess. At first the lady gave me the run around by telling me to try this or that (things that I had already tried that did not work) and then just refused to accept the return because it was a few days past the 30 return period. When I told her how disappointed I was in iKeyLess, her response was "So sue us"."
"Ordered 1 key & 1 remote from ikeyless on 1/25/11. One 4 button switchblade fob remote for my 2000 Audi & 1 Transponder key. The funds were immediately taken (of courese right). On 1/28/11 the funds for the 2 articles where back in my account. I tried to call ikeyless no answer. So I called my bank they said the funds did'nt go throw. MMMMMMM okay, whatever. So I took my family out to eat at a restruant. & everything was fine. I wake up this morning, check my account, & guess what..... My checking account is overdrawn now. Ikeyless went back & took the funds out. It is saturday 11:00 & I cant get to the bank, cause I'm with my newborn. Why do I see a $35 nonsufficent fund charge in my near future. Ikeyless I'd like to hear from someone. THANK YOU "

I'm positive the good reviews on this site are posted by the scammers that run this business. Ordered a Honda remote from these guys. It is OBVIOUSLY used, VERY used. You know like when the textue on the plastic is worn away where you press on the button and hold the housing. NOT even reconditioned as the battery contact was all bent up on one side. I would have given them no stars but that option wasn't avaialble. GO flush your money down the toilet, it'll be put to better use."
"Very disappointed! Took about 10 days to get the key and when I got it, the lock button didn't work. I had already made an appointment with Lexus to get the key cut on my day off and had to cancel. Closest dealer is 3 hours away and nobody else can cut that type key in my area. Sending the key back today. "

"Don't buy anything here. I placed and order, shipped to the wrong place, shipped again, received the wrong key and remote did not work. Tried customer service only to spend 10 minutes + only to get to a dead line. Been trying to get an RMA and I have never been this supicious about a company. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and for fraud."
