"I called Nissan for a price for a new remote for our Xterra. $112.00 for remote and $50.00 to program it. I sent away to Ikeyless and received a new remote for $49.95 and we programmed it ourselves with their instructions. It worked great, very easy to do. Very happy with this company."
"Do not buy here…..Faulty instructions and keys and Where do I start..I guess from the beginning:
12/3 I ordered one Transponder key and one Remote 3 button key combo for my Lexus LX470 – The guy I ordered from says it is easy process; buy the keys, have them cut and follow instructions to get them programmed
12/14 receive keys and got'em cut later that week and began the programming process. Not exactly straight forward since you are using two keys “Your Master” and “New Key” and the directions don’t state, which one is which. Anyway programming didn’t work. I email / create problem ticket to ikeyless on the weekend. (FYI don’t have keys cut until remote is programmed)
12/21 I receive a little different programming instructions. I try this and still no go
12/21 later I Call ikeyless and new guys insist on sending me another set of instructions. I receive them via email and they are the same instructions I received in the morning.
12/22 After spending several minuts on the phone they decide to send out another Remote 3 button combo.
12/ 27 week of …I receive keys and test the programming on 12/30. Again instructions were not allowing me to get into programming mode, it seemed to work before, but wasn’t happening. I call ikeyless again, they tell me to take to dealer and have them program it for me (defeating the purpose of saving money). I call around to try finding someone who may be able to give me some inside advice, but no go. I go to the web and search and find new set of instruction from a “Lexus Club” member. Go out and try the new program and “voila” remote is working. Then I go to the next step and try the ignition transponder. Crap…. No GO. Call ikeyless again (because I am a masochist) and no help so again I go to the web and find another set of instructions.
12/28 I try new instructions for the ignition, but no go. Call ikeyless and again tell me to go to dealer. After the call I remember I had the transponder key and thought I would give it a try and “voila” it worked so I try the 3 button remote again and again and again, but nothing. I call ikeyless again, but know help. She tells me to just let car settle down for 20 mines and retry….What……This is electronics not a race horse. Anyway I humor her and me and try, but still no go. I had another memory recall in that I never tried the original bad key in the process. So I give it shot in “voila” this one works. So I have one key the does the remote lock and unlock and anther key that works in the ignition. At this point I decide to open the keys up and see if there is anything I can do. As open up keys I notice that they have been used….were did it say I was getting reconditioned keys?????? So I call back to explain my overall disappointment on process and 2nd hand keys…. The gal really can’t help so she gets another tech guy who suggest I open up the brains of the keys and exchange transponder so that I can create one fully functional key. I said this was above my ability and he needs to send a “new key” (3rd one). Anyway this is were we left it and out frustration and fear I getting crap again I put on my technical skills, opened the brains and swapped what I thought was the transponder and “voila” I do have one full functioning key. Long story short do not buy from these guys……go to a dealer. I am sure with all my time, cost of the key, and headache medication, I am well above any dealer cost. I felt like I was dealing with owners of a junk yard.. I still have a second hand key and don’t know what the life estimate is…..

"very happy all around .Honda wanted $128 for remote & about $35 to program it. Ikeyless got me remote for about $63 and easy free self instructions.af was very informative and supportive."
"This is a long review but the gist is that THESE GUYS ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS AND SCAMMERS, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
I ordered a $95 electronic key, for which they charged $5 shipping. They provided me with a tracking link, which never showed any records of shipment. After 10 days of wait I contacted their online live customer support, and talked to a guy named Brian. He blamed USPS for loosing the package somewhere, apologized for it, and told me that he will ship me out another key asap with priority shipment.
Well it turned out that he was a big fat liar. Again after waiting 5-6 days with no updates from the store, I contacted the customer support again. This time talked to a guy called Cody Smith. He told me that the person before me did not ship another package or took any action. This guy also apologized profoundly and said that he will ship me a new key that day itself through Priority shipping. This time he did provide me with a USPS tracking number. But, that tracking number never got updated beyond "Electronic Shipping Info Received" for 6 days. I contacted the same guy again, and he also then blamed USPS for loosing the package and swearing that he shipped out the product personally. I have ordered a zillion things online till date, quite a few of which came through USPS, and have never experienced the postal service loosing a package, let alone twice. So here I am 24 days after ordering a product, charged for it upfront, and nothing in hand. so, I am launching a Frauds Claim with my Credit card company.
I am pretty sure the 4-5 star ratings here are also put up by the company's own people.. BEWARE.. Save yourself time, money and agony, and don't order anything through these guys."
"
The young lady who handled my order was very competent, and helpful . My concerns, questions were handled with assurance and help. Your company policies were explained to me, carefully and I was assufred that my purchase would be handled well, with back-up to meet any problems, should any develop. I was very satisfied. Thank you, Jayme. (Am I correct on your name?)"
"Great service! After reading tons of reviews online I discovered that many items are refurbished which I was fine with. However, I did want one that didn't look all beat up since it was to be a Christmas gift. So I called customer service and they simply put a note in my order to give me the best one availabe. It came really fast and looked great! My only complaint was that the instructions for programming did not state that the key needed to be in the ignition so I couldn't do it myself (despite the very friendly tech guys who walked me through it multiple times.) It was ok though cuz I found a locksmith who knew that bit of info and did it quickly and for free. Still a great company! I would definitely recommend them to anyone."
"iKeyless was great to deal with. I had trouble with the first key fob I had ordered and did not know if it was a bad key fob or something else. I called iKeyless and they immediately sent a second key fob and a return shipping label for the first key fob. The representative, Jayme, was great. The second key did not work either. I tried the second key fob on another like vehicle and was able to get the key fob to linkup, so the key fob was not the problem. I would recommend iKeyless to a friend based on their professionalism in the transaction. "
"Before placing my order I did a search and found a site full of complaints about iKeyless.com, which almost made me look for another online retailer. After noticing that iKeyless had a rep posting in there offering to rectify some of the bad situation I checked here on resellerratings.com too and decided to take a chance. Now that I have two working remotes I felt I should post in here to give them a little credit since I did not have a bad experience at all.
The remotes arrived and were exactly what I expected from the description, new, OEM remotes with batteries already installed. The remotes required programming at a dealer and they had no problems getting that done. In the end I spent the same for the two remotes and programming as I would have if I had purchased one remote from the dealer without the programming. I can finally use my remote start again!
There were two very minor things that I ran into, but I'd still recommend iKeyless.com. My total purchase price got mixed up, but it was for the better. I fully expected one price but the online receipt showed less and the email receipt showed what I expected. It turned out to be because of a holiday promo not reflected on the website pricing and after a quick online chat with their support I was issued a credit that was posted to my account a few days later. The other thing I didn't like was the order tracking. Another quick chat with online support and I had a tracking number. I'm more annoyed with USPS about that though because they don't seem to update their tracking info besides when the package arrives and when it gets delivered."
"I purchased a switchblade type key from ikeyless on November 26. I was told it would be to me in 3-5 days. Unfortunately they were wrong. I took up to 8 days to get to me. I go to college 3 hrs away from my parent’s house where this item was shipped. I drove all the way to my parent’s house on the 5th day to expect my key to be there and it was not. I was greatly disappointed in this. Once I finally got my key, the item itself feels like a cheap piece of junk in my hand. It is big and bulky. Compared to a normal switchblade key fob you would find from a VW or Audi, this ikeyless switchblade key is less then mediocre. Bottom line, don’t waste your money on this product."
"BUYER BEWARE!!! I should have known this wouldn't turn out well when the instructions that were supposed to be with the key were not. Had to wait a couple months to get the key cut and programmed and when I finally did I found out the key wasn't programmable because it DIDN'T have a transponder in it. It only cost $24.90 for the key and then $20 to cut it and then $75 to find out it didn't have a transponder. Thanks for ripping me off ikeyless. Find another source for a key or just pay the dealership cost"
"Customer support never provided RMA # and now refuses to even consider a return of key that does not work on my car. I purchased the key directly after consulting with Ikeyless to confirm that it would work on my car. I am extremely dissapointed. JSH"
"We ordered a remote somewhere else prior to this and had a terrible experience and so far everything has been so good from the original phone call to now that we are so glad we finally got a good place. I was very happy with the guy I talked to and he was so nice and helpful. Also said if it had to be returned there would be no problem. The whole experience has been very good."
"shipped quickly, excatly what I ordered and well below dealer price. I will purchase again from iKeylesswhen needed"

WHATEVER THEY SAY TO THIS. DON'T LISTEN TO IT THIS IS EXACTLY HOW IT HAPPENED

"very disappointing - waste of money - horrible customer service!
Ordered a transponder key for my car and spend about $ 120.00 - took it to the locksmith for cutting/ programming, a $45.00 charge. The chip in the key would not work so $ 120.00 were wasted for a TRANSPONDER key whilst I could have had just a regular key - at a total cost of $ 55.00
Numerous emails, phone calls to iKeyless, the reps were not well-informed and did not really seem to know how to deal w customer complaints - I returned the transponder, received the cfm for return received, still no CREDIT!
Had to file a dispute w AmericanExpress, still waiting for my money! Be careful - if the product does not deliver what you were promised you're alone! Very unserious biz"
