"Had a small problem, emailed them and they answered same day. Found out the problem was my fault. Top notch service from these guys. I read some of the other reviews and it seems they didn't actually talk to them. My advice folks, just call them. They are super willing to help and are very courteous. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but the guys at iKeyless were so helpful, and my experience so different from a few of the reviews here I had to say something. By the way, I saved $200 off the dealer price and programmed it myself in 1 minute using no tools with the free, provided instructions. Thanks! James Benning 2005 Lexus RX330."

"Nowhere on their site do they say that they will be sending used products. Yet, they sent me a beat up, scratched up used remote for my Honda Element and charged me $40 for it! The icons on the buttons had all been rubbed off, there were scratches all over the back. What a waste of money! I emailed their customer service about it immediately, and after nearly a week, I haven't received any response. Not a peep. Avoid these rip-off dealers!"

"I got a key and remote from these guys for my Ford. I always seem to have trouble orderin these things but this time was differnt. That guy on the phone was friendlier to me than my own son. I got what I needed before I could even get back in my truck. No joke."

"I had the same problem with getting a remote that is used and in bad shape physically. I have not even tried to program it because I want to return it. No one has responded to my emails or phone call. Now after reading the other reviews, I wonder if anyone ever will. Don't buy from this company. I wish I had checked here before I bought."

"This company is quite bad, especially with late model cars. The remote I ordered came dirty and looked used/rebuilt although it was sold as new. When no dealer or locksmith could program it for me, I returned it UPS/delivery confirmation. They first claimed returns can’t be made without a special number. I requested a number and waited days before they finally issued the “special number.” Then they charged me a $14 restocking fee. My total for trying to buy a remote was $25 plus lots of grief. Do not do business with iKeyless.con. As of this date I still am waiting for the refund (minus the re-stocking fee). "

" Have been trying to get this seller to respond to my email, phone calls since the merchandise was delievered. Purchased a coded key from ikeyless, november 26, 2008. I and my locksmith have tryed to program this key with no results. There are good sellers on the internet but is not one of them. If you buy from this guy, your on your own ---you will get no customer service if you have a problem"

"I purchased a remote from this store which did not work. I was instructed to send it back which I did and now they are denying ever receiving it. For the past 3 weeks I have been told various stories about the whereabouts of my remote and when I subsequently asked for a refund this one man band of a business called me a liar and became very rude. They sell on E-Bay and my advise is stay as far away as possible.
