"BUYER BEWARE! These are used units! They claim refurb but mine was filthy and scratch up! Thier definition of refurb is a new battery and then test it.
Let me be clear, my unit arrived fast and programed easily. I'm just PO that it is used and could have at least been cleaned... It does work fine.

Based on other reveiws, I'm not alone. I wouldn't mind if I knew I was ordering a refurb. I guess they feel the need to deceive. Too bad.

After informing them that I was not still not satisfied, I was quickly notifed by "Nick" who was very concerned with my dissatisfaction. He worked to quickly resolve my issue. I'm very satisfied with his resolution.
Nick has shown me that iKeyless is a company that cares about the satisfaction of thier customers. Great job!

"I ordered a keyless entry remote for my '06 Ford Taurus from iKeyless.com. I programmed the remote literally in seconds and it works perfectly. The trunk release works too, I did not have to do any additional programming. All 4 buttons do exactly what they should. I am very happy with my purchase and with the customer support I received by email prior to making a purchase. They answered all of my questions in detail and were very polite. "I ordered a blank key for my car. Upon reciept of the key, it was determined to be the wrong key due to the fact that my car is a Canadian car and requires a different key. When they told me the reason, they (Jayme) indicated she would immediately mail me the correct key blank.
You can't get any better service than that!

Spent 20 mins online...found Ikeyless and found an OEM key for $17.95. called to verify..cause I buy nothing on line without verification...and got the key in two days. (then went back to the dealer and rubbed their face in it...they couldnt care less)but did want to charge me $80 to program it...so went to a locksmith who did it for $25 cash. Only in America baby! I keyless no more :)"
"After purchasing a Fob for my wife's car from ikeyless,com, I could not find the ECU on her vehicle, which is needed to program the Fob. I phoned the local Toyota dealer and they were unwilling to program a Fob ordered via the Internet.
After many months of frustration, I phoned ikeyless.com and spoke with Sam. Sam was very helpful from the start and expressed concern about the fact that dealers are unwilling to help.
Sam offered to send some information on the ECU location and a review of the programming procedure.
The information Sam sent was received the same day on my E-Mail.
Thanks to Sam's help, I was able to locate the ECU and program the Fob, just as the directions instructed.
I will certainly recommend ikeyless.com, should anyone ask me for a place to obtain a vehicle security system Fob.

"Here's the facts...Order key on ikeyless.com on 7/29/2010, was told by the online chat person that I would have it by "tuesday or so" (which would have been 8/3/2010. This was important to me because I would have no car until I got the key. The tracking info said "Your package was shipped to you on 07/30/2010 via U.S. Postal Service to the following address you entered during checkout." Today is 8/11/2010, the mail has come and gone and still no key. I have called ikeyless at their 800 number over 20 times and I have never gotten through to anyone or been able to leave a message. When I finally was able to chat with someone via their website I was told that they were unable to tell me where the package was because of they only pay for confirmation and not tracking. They offered me a refund on my $4.95 shipping once I received the package. I don't need 5 bucks...I need my key!!!! I told them they could keep it because $5 doesn't make up for horrible service."
"I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with your service and your product. I purchased a used vehicle last year and the keyless remote stopped working. I visited the dealer and was informed a new remote would cost me $80.00 and it had to be synced to my car by their service department for another $50.00. WOW! "Great website, Great customer service, I ordered an Audi Keyless Entry and Flip Key last month, took appointment from Audi Dealer to program it, but unfortunately did not work because the dealer was not able to cut the key. I called Ikeyless today to return the item, and what a nice customer service and assistant by Sam, he helped me and sent me all the instructions ( via email)that I will need to return this item. A Big THANK YOU! to the folks at iKeyless! I purchased a 2002 Audi A4 that didn't come with the keyless remotes. The dealer wanted me to spend $280.00 for a new remote.
