"Ordered replacement remote for 2006 Hummer H2. Received one week later. Programming instructions were very easy to follow. Had replacement programmed in under 5 mins. Saved $75 - $100 versus dealer. Only complaint is minor - order tracking on web site is not very good but since I received what I ordered in one week, not a big issue. Rate very good to excellent."
"Excellent site. I received the wrong key for my car which was honestly, 50% my fault. Even after I had cut the key, rendering it useless, iKeyless quickly offered to send me a new correct transmitter key! Also ordered a remote which worked out very well. Thanks!"
"On October 2nd I ordered swing blade key with remote for my Chrysler T&C. When I purchased this car I had only 1 key, this was the key with chip inside. I was hoping that Ikeyless can help me in having a second key with a remote for less money.
I finally got the order, it came only yesterday, so it took more then 10 days to reach me. They also delayed the shipment as I was told over the
phone. Anyhow I went to locksmiths and they didn't want or could not cut me the
duplicate from the blank key that I received from ikeyless. I needed to have 2 working keys that I was not aware when ordering. It only became clear with the manual they sent with the key. They advice me to see the car dealer, so I am frustrated, I cannot use this key that you sent me. What should I do now? Should I return it and loose money for a restocking fee?"
"TERRIBLE ! Sent me the wrong remote and will not respond to any of my emails. How these people stay in business I don't know."
"Bought a used car for my daughter but didn't get any keyless entry remotes. Ordered one for the car on a Thursday and recieved it the following Monday. Wasn't sure I got the correct instructions so I emailed cust. support. Nick verified the instructions were correct, in about an hour I might add. Programming of the remote took about 20 sec. and I saved $50-$60 over what the dealer wanted. Very pleased, thanks again for the quick help."
"Nick was my tech support once I ordered my two transponder keys for my new 2009 Civic 4-dr. I ordered after seeing their website and called for
some answers to questions I had. Nick was very knowledgeable and sent the keys. The hassle of mystery about these keys @ my dealership was revealing. They don't want aftermarket goods to sell or handle . . just buy theirs for $ 32.50 each and then pay $ 42.50 for the programming. Their attitude really put me off as well as suggested what level of competance they have. When
you contrast this to the helpful, encouraging
spirit Nick conveyed, as well as the "stand behind your product" attitude, I'll continue to go to him @ iKeyless and suggested anyone else does as well. He connected with me a number of times via email as well as phone calls to our local locksmith to instruct the owner in how to program the 2 Keyless transponder keys. He follows thru and sees it to the end. Thank you NICK @ iKEYLESS. . . . Bob Eidschun

"I purchased a used Buick and needed some extra keys and remotes. I found that iKeyless seemed to offer a customized "Switchblade" style remote that had a key built in. The price was actually cheaper than buying a key and remote separate on other sites. I looked up some reviews of the company and wasn't impressed. Many people were surprised to receive a used key and/or had trouble reaching customer service. So I called them the next day. I brought up the bad reviews to the employee and he reassured me that I could return my product within 30 days for any reason and get all of my money back with no restocking fee. He confirmed they sell refurbished keys, but the Switchblades were all new. I ended up ordering two over the phone.
I ordered in the morning and actually received the items the next day. The remote programming instructions were easy, although slightly different than I found online elsewhere. I believe both techniques would have worked. I found that one of the remotes didn't work. I called them the next day and the employee said he would send out a new remote, which I received a few days later. I took the remote to a locksmith to be cut. After trying to convince them that I could indeed program my own remote and key they attempted to cut the key. They had a little trouble as the remote kind of gets in the way. It may help to suggest to the locksmith to swing the remote on the key hinge to get it out of the way. In the end everything works.
It was a good experience overall. I was able to talk with someone both times I called and was helped with a faulty product quickly. I only have two issues. First, I could not find the terms and conditions until I went to check-out. And even then they were a bit vague. They also seemed to contradict what the employee told me a little, concerning restocking fees. Second, the remote was said to be new, but did seem a little less than pristine, like it had been in your pocket for a day. I can only imagine that they may put them together in-house and the plastic looks like it already has a "handled" look. No biggy though.
If you order a key you may just want to assume it will be used. If you have any doubts just call the company and choose the "sales" option.

"I wanted to express my gratitude to your Technical Support representative Nick and the outstanding customer service he provided me yesterday. Nick was very knowledgeable about your Transponder keys; their purpose, how they work and how they interface with the receiver near the ignition on the steering column.
Nick provided me with a tip on how to reset the ’99 Acura 3.2 TL’s computer by shorting the battery terminals for 20 seconds, which cleared the problem my car was exhibiting – the engine would shutdown while driving. He also went above and beyond by finding a web-page that posted a recall for the engine shut-off problem that affected some Honda models as well as my ’99 Acura. Nick sent me the link via email and I was able to contact Acura to verify the recall was performed on my car in August 2002. Unfortunately, Acura is only honoring the recall one-time so I’m sure this issue will arise again.
Nick proved to me that the new Transponder Keys I purchased from iKeyless were not at fault. Please let Nick know that I really appreciated his expertise and professional courtesy, as well as his excellent work ethic. Great customer service is hard to find nowadays, but I found it yesterday. Thank you."
"I Went to the dealer and asked for a remote installation the guy said $164. $100 for the remote. And $64 for programming it. I bought a remote from iKeyless website for like $55 with shipping and installed it myself. Had a problem with installation but I sent a MSG to the customer service and Nick called me and explained in detail step by step. I saved $50 in less then 20 seconds. Nice deal. Thanks iKeyless. "
"I am so grateful that I found ikeyless! My dealership wanted $300 to replace my key which had a cracked casing. ikeyless was able to replace the shell of my key for $20! They saved me $280 vaulable dollars. The customer service was excellent they were very prompt and curteous.
Thank you ikeylesss!"
"I ordered a replacement Keyless entry for a Toyota Tundra I just purchased. The ordering was quick and easy. I received the remote on the 16th of August. I followed the programming instruction sent with the remote, but the remote failed to program. I wrote Nick at Ikeyless support and gave him the numbers from the one working remote I had. He determined they sent the wrong remote and sent me the correct remote immediately along with a prepaid envelope to return the wrong remote.I received the remote two days later and it programmed immediately. I slipped the first remote in the envelope and mailed it back. Easy as it could get. I know I would have gotten the right remote the first time if I had given them the numbers from my one existing remote that came with the truck. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and quick response from them. I highly recommend dealing with Ikeyless."
"I ordered a remote online and I received several confirmation emails. My credit card was charged. Five days later still no remote. I called and they said to wait a couple more days. I waited five more days. Since they had sent me a shipping confirmation I thought it was the fault of the Post Office. So I called again today and the CSR admitted that the remote was out of stock and was never shipped. They issued a refund. Next I called my local Honda dealer and went there. They programmed it for me. Beware this internet dealer."
"I've looked over the reviews of this company and there seems to be some confusion over which company iKeyless.com is. I LOVE THESE GUYS. All this talk about eBay...that's exactly why I NEVER buy off eBay...too much hassle. I bought a key and remote from iKeyless and they saved me $200 off dealer price (75% off!). I programmed them myself in seconds and the staff (I think his name was Nick?) was so kind and helpful. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS...I'LL BE BACK!!"
"I purchased this remote key and was fooled. It was purchased from eBay and payment was made through PayPal. the delivery was good and ontime. But I could not configure the given remote key to my vehicle. When I tried to contact them they did not even respond me properly. These people should be prohibited."
"Ikeyless is ACE!! I'm normally leary about shopping for online products, but when I realized I could save over $200 on a keyless entry remote, I decided to give it a try. They provided excellent customer service, fast shipping, and easy programming instructions. I was able to use their product immediately without any glitches. Highly recommended. "
