we are customers for your printers and using it for years now and i work on marketing online for 3 years now and now i tried to make orders for customers need hiti printers and papers for customer's printer we got before from you ,

after checking your site www.hiti.com and your company put the suppliers we can buy printers and printer's supplies from them, and now my work and my future in trouble because of one supplier http://imagepro.biz i do order for client
(gary lee ) country (Usa) with 1 x HiTi Case of Paper for 600 Series Order Date: Wednesday 29 February, 2012 ,But unfortunately he recieve just 500 , 2 boxes removed from the case and this is the email i send to ask about the 2 boxes each one with 50sheets

Exactly, Every company has a policy and structure rules to follow, You are asking us, how can you trust us, Well we have been established for 12 years, We are Mitsubishi, Epson, canon, hiti authorize dealers, Go to their websites and our company will be there as authorize dealers, Like I said a refund will be process by our accounting department. If you don’t trust us as a seller, You shouldn’t be buying from us, We are here only here to protect our customers and as any other company would do, they will tell you the same, I apologize you feel that way but I would love your business and trust me, I want to be able to sale everything you want, but I sent the form to you, very simple steps, If you can’t complete that makes me feel like I’m taking a risk and shipping out your merchandise so therefore, The answer is merchandise will not be release until further notice, but as you requested refund will be issue.

Example. You are selling a product of ours and had your customer paid for it. Customer lives In Michigan, merchandise is being ship to a new York company who’s a freight forward, Nobody answers at the shipping company to confirm the shipping address or the person who is it being shipped to, Person who is the seller lives in Egypt, I’m not sure how you do business but wouldn’t that be a little strange to you, So getting a confirmation of id and credit card will reassure me that Mr. Daniel is the real buyer, because if Mr. Daniel at some future point and says hey, I never receive my merchandise, I Have no proof because that’s not his address that matches with credit card on file so therefore, I will lose money.

If you still don’t feel comfortable, No problem-we are working on your refund, Money in my pocket is save Money, Not money that I’m taking a risk on loosing so Once again I apologize and if you can’t provide our requirements we will no longer process any orders. Thank you.

Hello, how you doing, I complete understand the concept of how you do business, Sometimes company s steal customer and may be you don’t want to share information with others for that reason, but you came clear to us, that’s good, We are moving forward, there is no need for you to shop online, you could talk to me directly, I could have everything shipped to your customer directly from our warehouse, All the your information could be inserted in the invoice also, if there s details you want me to adjust I have no problems such as a price that you want to add on top of the cost from us, and you could save money instead of paying for shipping twice. so for example i buy the Hiti printer with the paper from u. it go to my address then i resend it to my customers the items with my name so i will be able to get some money ..

Now when i saw your company site i get good idea to do for my customers i know they love photograph i give them the offers for the printer and tell them you will have your lap at home and easy to carry and find the paper so you will print your happy moments at the same moment and put your memories always in your photo and it will be secret and privite .. most of them like to get it and until this second i got offers about this things and need to buy ,

"So far, the shipping rate per the ImagePro website was wrong (actual shipping was 25% higher), the sales department told me the product I ordered would work with my printer and application (it didn't), I was promised a prompt RA so I could return the product I couldn't use (it hasn't arrived yet) and the customer service rep who tried to help me could not communicate effectively in English. Nice people, but my absolute WORST online commerce experience EVER.

3-6-12 update: The RA finally arrived, I returned the entire order, yet I was charged a restocking fee to return product that was sold to me due to their employee's error!! This company is unwilling to take responsibility for its mistakes in a reasonable or honorable fashion. Do business with them at your own peril! You will not be happy if you do. Incredibly, they believe their horrendous customer service is terrific. Instead of apologizing for their many mistakes, they sent me a copy of their return policies AFTER they had botched my order! Biggest mistake I ever made was trying to buy from these sorry folks online.

"Phenomenal Service from beginning to end! Read on if you want details, otherwise....use them with 110% confidence!

DETAILS:
Three days ago, 12/05/11 (late in the day) I called Image Pro's # out of nowhere because I saw an item they had online which every other site did not have. The phone was answered immediately; call transferred once; & promptly picked-up by JANELLE. My questions about the hard-to-find item were met with professionalism, knowledge of product, pricing assistance, & a bit of humor thrown in!

Janelle is what we all hope for in customer service, but rarely ever receive! She was extremely pleasant, happy to help, & even made a quick call/walk over to the stock building/area to have the product hunted down & counted for quantity available! Once the items were found, Janelle quoted me a new price per item (25% lower!),quoted a firm shipping cost(4 per item!),& my personal information was conveniently taken right over the phone(although I did appreciate her reminder that I was welcome to enter my financial details online, or through email, to feel more secure; however, I felt 100% comfortable. She followed-up with an email with my bill as an attachment 3-5 minutes after our call.

Well, early this afternoon, 12/8/2011, a package arrived! It was from Image Pro . It's been just 3 days & came with fedEx (at a very low $8 total cost)! The packaging slip was inside, NO frustrating plastic popcorn packaging, & the items were exactly as I hoped. Being they are Kodak 1400 Printer paper/ink cartridge films (which Kodak no longer makes), I did worry a somewhat that the items might be a bit 'beat-up.' Not at all---this old discontinued stock looked new with clean, brand-new original boxes; all sealed up & ready to use.

I just cannot say enough about my experience with this company, & more specifically, about Janelle herself. Unfortunately, it will probably be my one & only dealing with them, as this item is so hard to come across. I truly hope this review helps others -- & maybe even Janelle's management/supervisors/company owners :) -- realize what a top-notch company & team Image Pro is. I was a caller with no account--out of nowhere--but, treated as if I were a long-standing really important customer/client! I don't usually take too much time writing reviews--mainly, there is nothing good to say. This time, I absolutely had something to say.

All-in-all, the ordering, phone call, service, attitude, transaction, emails, shipping speed, & quality of items bought with this company were ALL seamless! Also, BEST PRICE of any other retailer who had previously been selling it! A 100% Hassle-free experience! If only everything in life were this pleasant & easy to complete!

"I'm very disappointed with imagepro. I placed an order over a week ago. I've left messages and emailed requesting information about my order but have not received any kind of response. This order is for paper/ink that is out of stock and your cart should not have allowed me to place this order. Then I received an email saying my order was shipped Fedex,when it's acually on hold. I don't appreciate the fact that they're holding my money, but won't respond to an email or phone call.
One of the ink rolls I received from a previous order is not working. My printer doesnt read the card.
