I have been trying to order an item that is coming from Japan, every other website tells you " temporarily unavailable" or " out of stock" Not imagepro, their website allows you to put it in your cart, proceed to checkout, select fedex overnight, additional shipping charges apply, take your credit card information THEN after all of that you receive an email saying they cannot produce yur order as scheduled! Now, I am expecting this item to be at my door the next day AND no mention of refunding the additional shipping charges! I will probably not use them again."
