"In March of 2007, I ordered some specialty printing paper from Image Pro International. The ordering and delivery process went very smoothly. In March of this year, we needed more of that same specialty paper and since my first experience with Image Pro went so well, I decided to use them again. Adriana Martinez was my point of contact for my first order from two years prior, so I contacted her again. As before, the ordering process went very smoothly and when it turned out that the product was in “back order” status, she notified me immediately and agreed not to charge my credit card until they shipped my order. Once the order came in, she updated me on the shipping status and just as promised, the order arrived shortly after that. A month later, however, I found I had misplaced the paperwork on my latest purchase, so once again, I contacted Ms. Martinez. Not only did she send me the documents I needed to rebuild my file for this purchase, she also sent me information from my purchase from two years prior; "just in case I needed it". In my job, I deal with a lot of vendors and I have received varying amounts of customer service through the years, but it is rare for them to go “above and beyond” in the manner in which Ms. Martinez did and that is to be commended. If this is typical of Image Pro customer service, then I recommend them highly and when you contact them, ask to speak to Ms. Martinez. "

"My experience with shopping at Image Pro International Inc. has been very pleasant I am an international customer for about 10 months and all my purchases are done inline. However from the very first day the sale representative Ms. Lopez was very helpful, I received a telephone call to confirm my order together with a follow up email, you normally do not get this personal touch with other online services. On my last purchase I had experience a technical problem with my local bank credit card company, in order to process my order they needed a letter from Image Pro in order to release the funds as a security measure. Again Ms. Lopez was very helpful, I sent an email with my request and in less than thirty minutes I received a telephone call informing me that my request is being sent to my local bank. The following day my order was processed and shipped to me. The relationship between Image Pro and myself is exceptional and I will continue to shop with Image Pro because they have the best prices, good service and always willing to assist you in whatever way possible.
