"This thing is awesome! I've used sauna for years at my gym and I always feel great and sleep great after a session. Now for a great price I have one in my home. I just received it this week I had no trouble putting it together but had my brother help me. Its built pretty solid and with that comes some weight. It warms up quick. I turn it on and do a quick 20 min work out and it is roasting when I get in. The customer service is great and shipping took about 2 weeks but was free. "

"I have been dreaming about a sauna for years and ran across this one at a reasonable price one cold Sunday morning. The price seemed too good to be true, so I was a bit apprehensive. However, I ordered it and it was delivered in a timely manner with great communications from JNH as well as the shipping service. It came in multiple large boxes which were heavy so be ready for that. I was amazed by the ease of assembly and only required a screwdriver. Based on the assembly and electrical requirements, this sauna is truly portable and it's compact size can allow it to go almost anywhere and it fits two people. The only downside is that there is electrical interference when trying to utilize the provided wiring to plug in my cell phone and listen to music. I would buy it again if I needed a small portable sauna. "
"Sauna arrived via local delivery service as expected. Three boxes labeled in order of assembly. Two of us were able to assemble the sauna in about 2 hours. Thus was a refurbished unit and it is pretty much perfect, minor scratch in one window and one buckle needed to be bent back into place.
I must have misread the product details or got my products confused w all my research. I expected a radio unit to be inside the sauna, there's only a cord to plug a device into the wired speakers. I've used an Alliance Sauna in the past and expected the same quality. JNH is not as high quality as Alliance but it is just as effective.
Beautiful when assembled, heats up quickly and feels wonderful. Awesome customer service. Looking forward to many years of health and healing. "
"The Sauna is great for the price. When searching for low EMF saunas I dont think you can find a better deal. The sauna has a very elegant appeal and has been working great. As others have said the speakers are garbage. Some minor things for mine was the latches did not all line up that well. The door does not latch to the magnet properly and there was sawdust in behind the control panel where the numbers light up, the bench does not quite fit snug. I am happy with my purchase and the representatives at JNH. I hope this sauna is durable. "

"Very happy with the purchase of the Joyous 2 person sauna. It was very easy to assemble. My teenage son and I were able to get it fully assembled in less than one hour.
It takes about 15-20 minutes to heat up. We have set it as high as 135, and it does reach that temp.
We bought a longer auxiliary cable. The one that comes with it is very short. Speakers aren't great quality, but they are a nice feature.
All in all, we are very pleased with our purchase."

After weeks of research, I purchased the Joyous 2 and I absolutely LOVE it. It is everything it's cracked up to be and more. With my Son-In-Law's assistance, we had it up and running in less than an hour. I had some questions prior to the delivery and both Brian and Sarah went above and beyond standard customer service to assure I was on the right track. "We bought the Joyous 2-person sauna a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! I was skeptical but it is amazing. I was really unsure I would actually sweat as its infrared, but I sweat way more then sauna at my gym! It's a soothing heat that really penetrates, I usually enjoy for an hour. It terrific to listen to music and forget about a long work day. I was very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the sauna very sturdy. "Received my refurbished unit within 10 days of purchase. Very happy with the customer service from Brian and Sarah. Installation was fairly straight forward given this was are second Infrared Sauna. The unit heats up very quickly and is sleek to look at. The unit really needs a floor warmer or another carbon heater in the floor. I recommend buying a pad for the bench. The chromo therapy light is overpriced at $80. Overall a nice unit."
