"We purchased the ENSI 2 person sauna and love it. It was important for us to purchase the zero EMF product line. It's a great size for 1, and maybe a little tight for 2. It was quick and easy to assemble. It heats up very quicky. I had been driving 20 minutes across town to get a sauna session once a week. Now I can have sauna sessions multiple times a week in the privacy of my own home. Originally we wanted to get a larger sauna, but with the additional electrical expense that would have been needed, we're very pleased with this smaller unit that works on our regular outlet (though dedicated now for the sauna). One main reason for getting the sauna is to help in recovering from cancer. It's a get therapy for the body for detoxing and healing and for the lymphatic system. "

"I have to give this product 5 stars. Although, this was a bit of a headache receiving the sauna. The issues were with the shipper, 2 came damaged and finally a 3rd came brand new! JNH customer service and Amazon customer service were great, they were very responsive and apologetic for the issues. I finally ordered the current unit through JNH directly. Had I not spoke to one of the managers at JNH, I would have purchased through another OEM rather than JNH. My wife and I feel extremely relaxed after each session. Great way to relax and get that last needed sweat after a workout"

The shipping went smooth. I was able to track the shipment right to our door. It came securely packaged and the freight service was very good.

It was relatively easy to put together. We were able to set it up in a few hours. The sauna has a very tight, solid and smooth feel when assembled. It looks great and heats up quickly. It only takes ten minutes to warm up and be ready for use.

"After a lot of research the Joyous 2 person sauna was clearly the best in style and value. It was extremely easy to assemble. With 2 people it was completed in under an hour. It clearly was very well designed and thought out. The only slightly negative thing I could say about the sauna is the speakers. It is not that there is anything wrong with them I just prefer a deeper rich sound. They do serve the purpose for a small space. Otherwise I highly recommend!"

"We purchased the Joyous 2 Person Infrared Sauna with 7 Carbon Fiber Far Infrared Heaters from Amazon for Relaxation and Detox.
The Sauna was shipped quickly and arrived on time.
The Delivery was scheduled with us over the phone to ensure someone would be home.
We had the delivery person bring the packages to our garage and we moved them from there, but we had the option to have them brought inside the house for no extra charge.
The packages are a bit large and heavy , i would recommend 2 people for moving them around.
From the time we opened the package to full setup and first trial , we (2 people) spend less then 2 hours. Its easy to put together, the wall panels simply latch together and the heaters screw into the wall. No special outlets necessary.
There was some minor damage, customer service took care of us.
The wood smells great and we enjoy using the sauna. It heats up quickly and I feel the dry heat is easier on the body in comparison to a traditional sauna, and just as relaxing.
2 people fit comfortably. We did purchase the backrests after a couple of weeks and feel its nice to be able to lean back and relax.
We would purchase this sauna again.

"After much research and all the positive reviews I decided to purchase The Ensi™ 2 Person Zero-EMF Far Infrared Sauna. It was by far the best deal I've seen after much searching especially including the build materials, construction and features. My wife and I love this thing and it just makes you feel good from the inside out. It takes very little time for this it heat up to enjoyable level. I really like using it after my workouts or after a very chilly day where I just want to feel good.

It came in a timely manner and the service that delivered it (roadrunner) was more than helpful making sure the package was in good condition and even helped me getting the boxes off the truck. Make sure you have two people to put this thing together because the panels are heavy and well made. "Working with JNH was great. I spoke with Jen on the phone and she was quite helpful. After placing my order the order confirmation and delivery information were emailed promptly. The shipping company contacted me to schedule delivery when expected. The spa was not too difficult to assemble although the instructions are minimal. They should suggest a rubber mallet which was indispensable in getting the tongues into the grooves before latching the walls together. If you try and use the buckle to pull the wall pieces together the buckles will bend. My wife and I have both enjoyed the sauna and are looking forward to years of use. Maybe I am used to a more traditional heated sauna but 140° does not feel all that hot in this unit. You do work up a decent sweat though. I am happy with my purchase and recommend the sauna and JNH!"

Great purchase

I received my sauna 2 weeks ago and have used it every night. I researched this sauna purchase for about 2 years. I’m a traditional sauna user (use the one at my gym about 3 times a week) so I wasn’t sure I would like an infrared sauna. The sauna at my gym was out order for about 3 months so I decided to make the plunge. All I can say is I should have done this 2 years ago. I actually like the IR sauna better. It gives a much more even heat and I get a better sweat. The delivery was easy and assembly straight forward. I highly this sauna and sauna company. "
