"Overall this was a great purchase. It was delivered on time and was easy to assemble. Other then the weight of the panels, one person really could get this together by themselves.

I have used the sauna about 5 times since being delivered two weeks ago and so far so good. I've been in other 2 person saunas before that were a bit roomy but it still has enough space to stretch out a little (I am short though only 5' 4")

"The sauna is so helpful for relaxing. I notice it helps my anxiety at night when i feel restless. I go in the sauna and am able to catch my breath easily. Jen answered all of my questions through out the whole process of deciding. I was unsure if I was going to get the corner unit or the three person for my small 500 sq foot apt, the 3 person was the right call as it fits snug on the wall.

"I'm a regular sauna user. Usually, I would use the sauna as a warm-up prior to my workout and then I would use it post-workout to stretch and relax. Over the past few months I purchased enough exercise equipment that I no longer needed to go to the gym; except to use the sauna. After making the 40 minute round trip a few times, I realized I could probably put that gas money to a better use by purchasing a sauna of my own.

I searched for the best in-home sauna on the market and I was directed to JNH Lifestyles. I’m generally skeptical when I see sensationalized jargon suggesting everything about a product is “absolutely wonderful” to include the customer service. However, I could not find any alarming concerns related to the JNH Lifestyles sauna. The selling point was a owner review I found on amazon.com, which showed the simplicity of the set-up. As a military service member, set-up/tear-down and ease-of-transport were among my considerations beyond the common performance and construction qualities.

I purchased the Joyous 2 person Infrared Sauna with the oxygen ionizer and two ergonomic lumbar and head support sets (I recommend all of the above for added comfort).

The delivery was extremely fast and easy. The sauna set-up was extremely intuitive, especially for a layman. It took my wife and I just under an hour to set up.

We followed the instructions for burning off any extra wood dust (let it run for an hour with door open and another hour with the door closed).

Then we set the sauna on its highest setting (140 degrees). Even though the sauna was in our garage during the winter, it still heated relatively quickly and well (20 minutes). We added weather strips around the door to ensure no cold air entered and no heat escaped. Now all is perfect.

I think it’s worth noting that I’m 6’1”, 245 lbs and my wife is 5’2” 125 lbs and we both fit comfortably in the sauna together.

Lastly, the stereo speakers with auxiliary cable, and small shelf were not requirements, but are nice features.

We are extremely happy with our purchase. If you’re considering the purchase of a sauna that provides high quality at a reasonable cost, then you will not go wrong with a JNH Lifestyles sauna.

"We bought our 2 person Joyous Sauna on Valentines Day, 2016. My experience with JNH ordering and customer service was excellent! Their communication and directions for shipment was so easy and very helpful. We live in MN and the shipment of our sauna was a couple days early then what they first stated so that was great news! The truck came right out to my house and we live in the country on a gravel road. **Now for the sauna... I L.O.V.E it so much! It was so easy to set up! My husband did most of it and it was up and running in about an hour. It clamps together... with some wire hook ups...a few screws and you're done! We put it in our walk-in closet. Its like a little spa in there. I have used it everyday since we got it 2.5 weeks ago. Its AMAZING! My skin feels so cleansed. My face is fresh and my skin is softer. I've also noticed that my pores have started to disappear. The bags under my eyes are diminishing and I feel less puffy all over my body. I'm excited to see how I look and feel in a couple more months. I've also lost about 4-5 pounds. I just simply feel amazing. I'm also very grateful for the cleansing inside my body that its doing as well. You can't see the results from that but you certainly can feel it. I use the max heat setting of 140 and sit in there for 30-45 min. Its not at all like a rock sauna where you feel like you can't breathe after 5 mins. Its definitely hot in there but its not unbearable. There is easy access to a quick burst of fresh air if you need it by opening the glass door and it also has little air vents inside you can leave open. Once you use it a couple times, you'll know what setting you should have it at. I use the sauna every morning! It is one of the BEST investments for my health that I have ever made!! "The Sauna (Joyous series 2-person) seems well made, and was very easy to put together. As for use, it is GREAT! We enjoy it daily, and work up a very effective sweat after about 5 minutes set @ 140F (with a preheating time of about 15 minutes). I found one thing that did help - I put weatherstripping around the glass door to keep air flow to a minimum with he door closed and the sauna on - it helped with raising the maximum temperature by about 5F. Great product, and a very good value. "
