"I have never ordered furniture online previously so was anxious about how such a big item would be delivered to my doorstep, and what would be done if there was any damage to the item on arrival. I was very impressed with lexmod throughout this process. The table was beautiful and exactly as it appeared online. Unfortunately the table top arrived damaged and lexmod immediately addressed the issue after I sent them pictures. Another delivery company was used the second time, I was given a window for delivery, and even received a phone call within 15 minutes of arrival to announce they were on their way. The table top arrived intact and beautiful. The whole process was timely and professional and I would definitely order from lexmod in the future. "

"They did not respond to emails via the website contact feature and are slow to respond to phone messages. We received a damaged fiberglass table top. LexMod replaced the top. We recently noticed a crack in the base, but cannot get a callback or returned email. Frustrating! "

With as much care that went into the shipping, we did not understand how the first base could be damaged. We do thank you for the quick shipment and the table is beautiful as we have always seen. . We now have four Bertoia chairs, a G. Nakashima rocker,Breuer chairs,vander Rohe chairs,Kandinsky chairs, and other Bauhaus items that we love. "Great products but personnel not too knowledgeable"

"This table to perfect for an $800 knock off and not the $5500 original. The top has some air bubbles in spots that were not smoothed out in the fiberglass- but again you are getting this table for $800 and you can only feel, not see the bubbles. Great breakfast table for little kids!

Also important to note it comes in 2 pieces and you have to put it together yourself. Luckily we had a friend over who could help us, but it was super easy. "

"Love the new table. Delivery folks called and confirmed and when I called back to give additional delivery instructions, a real person answered the phone and everything worked out. "

"I ordered my table online, didn't hear from Lex at all via email, so 2 days later I called customer service, from that point on it was smooth sailing. They sent me a link to keep track of the shipping. Mind you, they don't use UPS or FedEx, they use a totally different shipping company, I think local to where Lex is located. When I emailed that shipping company, they emailed me back right away, communications were great all around. My date for receiving my table was March 23rd, i got it on March 17th! The shipping company called me to let me know what day my order would be arriving and the day of, they called me 30 minutes prior to arriving at my house. My table arrived very well packaged in 2 crates and foam and boxes, was a bit hard for me to undo the packaging, but a little muscle & a hammer, no problem. Table is beautiful, no cracks or flaws at all. I will definitely order from LexMod again. "
