"mSpy is a fraud company who only makes people fool. I have purchased their extreme plan on 04/04/2023 but from the day of purchase I couldn't use the software even for a single day due to several technical issues. Several emails I have sent to all of them but no result. Many times I have chatted with their technical support agent and follow their advice but no result. I have also given my target device many times to their senior technical agent (mAssistant) on team viewer but all are unable to fix my issue. I have also raised refund request within 14 days of purchase but my request was neither approved nor given me reason to disapprove. Now their billing department is not replying me. There customer support and technical support agent start ignoring my messages.
They cheated me and took my hard earned money by doing fraud with me. God will give severe punishment to them."
