"I got this software to monitor my daughters Iphone special to monitor activate on SnapChat and Instagram, after buying the application and trying to get it working, it does not do any of the advertised features to regards to the mentioned social media monitoring. After spending over 20m with the support team only to be told that it is not compatible with Iphone 13 with IOS 16+, and now can't get REFUND, DO NOT BUY"

"I purchased mSpy on 1/11/23 and made an appointment for “mAssistance (premium assistance)” at $53.99 for 8 PM 1/12/23. I waited 30 minutes for a technician and was eventually connected with Phoebe for the remote installation. Unfortunately, Phoebe could not make mSpy work. After trying for an hour and without informing me she installed Anytrans. This installation took more than an hour and Phoebe disappeared numerous times during the install. More importantly, Anytrans requires my child's iPhone to be on the same Wi-Fi network as I am. That is not at all what I purchased mSpy for and again Phoebe never advised me that something different than mSpy was being installed. mAssistance is advertised to install mSpy in 45 minutes. Sadly, after Phoebe gave up on mSpy, she installed a program that is of no use to me thus wasting more than 2 1/2 hours of my time. Since then, I have spent weeks trying to recoup my $193.98 with Kim the Billing Manager who apparently is unable to say anything but “Unfortunately, we cannot proceed with your refund request since it contradicts mSpy Refund Policy. mSpy Billing Department approves the request only if there are technical issues with the software, which we cannot fix.” Newsflash Kim, there are technical issues with the software which you are unable to fix!
All this to say, if you want to monitor your kid’s iPhone anywhere other than in your own home do not choose mSpy."
"This is honestly the most inhumane company. I bought app at 4am as could not sleep after a night of my child running away. My child is struggling at the moment. I thought app was 8.99 a month. They took 104.99… I am a single parent again explained. This puts an already struggling family in further struggle. I went back to look at app went off then back on and they reduce price to 74.99 for year or 6.34 a month so trying get people to buy after not going for initial rate. They are literal scum. I reviewed app on App Store. I do not see my comment yet but spent ages trying give the nickname such as awful, rubbish, criminal, inhumane etc… were already taken. I cannot and I never ever review things scream stay away from this scum of the earth app!!!!"
"I've been using it for over a month and it works really well. Unlike any other app, this is the one that actually works and does what it says it does. I've been able to keep track of my son and be proactive about his safety. Also, whenever I had an issue, I could live chat with their customer service and they'd give me a solution immediately. Kris Redfield has helped me a couple of times and has been really patient and accurate with all the information and answers provided to me. I'd strongly recommend it!"

The sales man did convinced me with some options in the software
( android and Ios) ... That's why I did purchased the 2 packages ( Android and IOS) . So I did the payment online... And after that I did installed the first one the Android version then I didn't find any of these options. That your sales did mention it.
whose fault...? Who takes responsibility? Is he not an employee of the mspy.com employees? Or he is someone from the street? I was deceived by an employee of mspy.com company... Therefore,when I contacted mspy.com they told me that this problem does not apply to there refund policy.!!!
As in this situation its scam and a fruad process.
