"Our Community Mail Box which had been installed by the Post Office had been destroyed by vandals. When we questioned the Post Office about replacing it, we were told we would have to be put on a waiting list too wait our turn or we could purchase one ourselve to get it replaced quickly. When we went to Mailboxes.com to try to find a replacement, we found a limited number which would meet our needs. We are a small community with only nine houses, but receive a lot of packages. Your selection of boxes with less individual boxes didn't provide the desired number and size of package boxes.
When our shipment arrived here in the area, we were not contacted by the local; shipping office. So i had to contact your headquarters to get the name and number for the local contact to arrange delivery, which delayed our receipt by a couple of days.
When the delivery driver arrived I noticed the box was marked with an arrow saying this side up, but pointing towards the pallet it was strapped too! While there was no apparent damage to the box it was not a big issue, but it did make it difficult to unpack. "
