I have done several project orders with Mailboxes.com/Salsbury Industries. Recently I ordered mailbox placards, $40. Unfortunately, I received another clients items instead of the ones ordered (so someone else probably had a wrong item also). I'm sure this was just an one off mistake in packaging department but due to time lines I wasn't able to complete my project as planned. I had received the package several days earlier but didn't open it at that time and it was too late to reorder. Had I found the issue earlier I believe they would have handled it quickly based on past order experience. Waiting to hear back from them on return/refund process.

"Purchased the bronze mailbox and newspaper holder several years ago for my original wooden post. I adapted it for that post and it looked great. Unfortunately, a car struck my mailbox and destroyed the post. I ordered the post online but did so while calling your customer service. They were very patience and accommodating. The post arrived within a week and was exactly what I wanted and expected. I re-used the mailbox and newspaper holder and made an assembly modification to accommodate my situation. Excellent quality and very pleased. While it made be somewhat expensive it was well worth it. It looks beautiful. Thank you again for your courtesies in assisting me with this purchase. "
