"Ordering through online was breeze as shipping included Guam. However, it turned out, they didn’t know how to send to Guam. It took several emails and phone calls to process our order ended up taking two month to receive the order. It’s a shame they are selling good products and USPS approved mailboxes and yet they are not aware Guam is part of USPS system. Just recently, happened to see bunch of boxes of mailbox from your company at Mail Hub office."

I was not advised that the product had been delivered, despite the fact that I asked for intended delivery notification (either from Mailboxes.com or from FedEx), so I could be there to receive it. Luckily the shipment had not been disturbed."
