"I bought a front and real locking mailbox for my brother. It is very high quality. We did have an issue with the paint color. It turns out that the COPPER mailbox and the COPPER companion newspaper holder contained vastly different gold flecks in the paint which made the two pieces very different. Since it was a production issue it could not be resolved but because the newspaper holder sits underneath the mailbox the shade helped disguise the variance. All in all my brother is very happy with his very safe rural mailbox. Rear locking access is a great safety feature. I wish I could attach pictures of the finished result. It turned out to be the best looking mailbox on the road even with the color variance. "

"I was not aware there was a 15% restocking fee. I did not see that at all on your website and I had to return the mailbox without even taking it out of the box. It was way too big. Also, i cound not find on your website which post went with which mailbox, so luckily I didn't buy a post. The only indication there was a restocking fee was on the invoice, whick I received after the mailbox arrived at my house. I must commend Roxanna for being a very good customer service rep.
