I paid more for shipping than I did for the product which is fine if I had received it in 2 days. No where on the website does it say that weekends and holidays are excluded from expedited shipping. I got my order 6 days later and paid an additional $37. I called customer service and someone told me that they would send me a screen shot of where it says that weekends and holidays aren't included. This was never sent and I went back on the website and through the process of ordering another cylinder just to see if I could find this language about shipping. It doesn't say that anywhere. Disappointed and feel taken advantage of."

Received a call and email that day with status and within 24-36 hours received shipment confirmation and tracking info. Product was received as advertised and finally promised. Looks great installed and time will tell on durability with our hot summers and cold, snowy winters with road salt and snow plows. "
