"I purchased a supposedly rust-resistant mailbox at a home center store that ended up lasting about 3 years. I searched the internet for other options and came upon Mailboxes.com. The heavy duty rural mailbox is just that. Its quality is much better than the home center mailboxes.
I also purchased my address in the reflective vinyl material so there was no need to get the peel and stick numbers at the hardware store. They are also easier to apply because the entire address line is can be applied at once instead of each character separately. My only nit to pick is that the order provided one tracking number and when I received the shipping box, it only contained the mailbox. I send an email to customer service asking about my vinyl address and received a quick response with the tracking number for that envelope which I received that day.
Overall a great experience with this company. Am very happy with my new mailbox and the address lettering. So is my mail carrier. She left a note thanking me for the new mailbox. "
