"I recently bought a prom dress from Micwell.com and am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in their service. Although the dress did arrive on the predicted date, it was nothing like the picture on their website. The material was cheap, and stitched poorly with extra needle holes and fabric that wasn't supposed to be there. The color was also nothing like the picture, and the overall dress was a colassal disappointment. Upon emailing their customer service and calling their number, I was unable to contact them. They haven't replied to any of my three emails, and their phone is not in working order. DO NOT BUY A DRESS FROM HERE. "

"I got a dress from micwell, a dress that I've been in love with for years now that I always thought was too expansive. The price was right on, and I was really excited to get it. Unfortunately I was really let down when I saw it, because it's not even the dress I ordered and it doesn't fit at all. And to make it even worse I have no idea how I'm supposed to contact them because I live in the US and I don't know how to reach them in their time. I've tried e-mailing them and they just keep sending me the same automated messages. I just want the dream dress that I ordered. "

"This is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Not only do they lie and tell you to pay extra to get the dress her on time, but they do not answer their customer service inquiries. It's ridiculous. DO NOT order from this company, you would be foolish. They don't even warrant 1 star...they're pathetic."

"We ordered a dress from MicWell on February 5th, the status is 0 days tailoring before shipping. It's been that way for over a week. We sent a ton of emails, and got response. Now out of the blue it got shipped overnight express. 3/23/12...The dress is very nice, a little long or she may be a little short. Either way worth the money, just leave plenty of time for your order. Very hard company to get in contact with."

"I ordered 2 prom dresses for my daughters on 2/6/12. They arrived 6 days late but were well worth the wait. They are beautiful and were not cheap knock offs. We tried the dresses on in a local store and they were the same quality. One dress had lots of beading and it was beautifully done. The other dress had lots of sequins and they were also well made. The dresses were suppose to arrive on 3/15/12. The only complaint I have is that it would have been nice to get an email saying they were not shipping on time. However, I did email twice about the status and Annie C emailed me with a response well within 24 hours so I was pleased with the customer service. When the dresses shipped I got a UPS tracking number and was able to track the package and it arrived in 3 days as promised. The dresses were less than half the price of the same dress in the local store. Several other girls at their school also ordered from Micwell and have received their dresses as well. The fit was good but dresses are very long so expect them to have to be hemmed. I will order from Micwell again.

"Hi I bought a dress for my daughter for homecoming and when it arrived it was Beautiful!! Great price and great quality!! Fast shipping. You can't go wrong. You won't see another in your dress. The mall has the same dresses and when kids are in high school it never fails you run into someone with the same dress. No worries they are BEAUTIFUL!!! Enjoy!!"

"We purchased a prom dresss for my daughter and it turned out beautiful!! It looks like the picture and is of good quality and workmanship. I did have to inquire when the dress would ship and Nina Wong replied within 24 hours to every email. We received the dress in about 30 days from the time of ordering. Nina has been very helpful and we will order from micwell.com in the future. Thank you Nina!!!"

"i ordered my dress today think that it was going to be in by at least the 19th of april. i got an email as soon as my order was placed and it said it would be in by at least the 29th of april. prom is on the 20th ! i'm freaking out & i have sent an email.. just waiting for a reply. thanks !"

"I ordered two dresses from micwell on Feb. 8th. I ordered express shipping and they said it would take 2-4 days to get here on there wite. I still havnt gotten my dress. I have e-mailed them but havnt goteen a response yet. Should i be concerned? because after reading one review about it being a scam or being poor i am VERY worried that i just wasted my money. "Im having so much trouble!!!,
My dress was ordered on march 12 and I didn't want it anything of tailoring so why does my order say tailoring.? I keep trying to call and talk to costumer service and no respond and when I sent a email it took 5 days to reply. I need my dress here by April 10 at least.

"I placed an order for two prom dresses and paid for express tailoring. I have e-mailed micwell numerours time and not recieved an response. Prom is the 14th of April I would appreciate an e-mail from the company notifying me that the express tailoring I paid for was applied to the dresses I ordered and that they will arrive before my prom."

"Ordered a dress for my daughter using the measurements on the website. Dress is too small and repeated efforts to work with customer service had gone unanswered until i wrote a review here. I immediately received an email and shannon was very helpful in resolving the issue. It is just too bad it didn't happen before I wrote the review. Lots of folks have had a good experience - I'm not convinced it's the best route to take but might try it again for the right dress."

"I did order my wedding dress back in January, 26th I guess. It wasn't like I would order something online without seeing it or trying it on. I did see and tried on the dress, which at the beginning I ordered from the shop I tried it on. Then I found the same picture on Micwell.com, the same picture of the dress I tried, and it was like 4 times cheaper than from the shop, so I thought to myself- why should I overpay, and since I actually tried it on before I went ahead and ordered it from micwell. I must say, I totally loved the dress, and I tried size 8 at the store, but had to order 10, which was the perfect size for me. The dress came in on March 9th. I was very excited to get it so fast!! But honestly, the dress I got wasn't nearly the same as the one I ordered. Some may say that it wasn't the same- but it was the same picture from the catalouge! The dress was too short, too small and-my biggest concern- it was ugly!! I can't even find the words to explain. When I contacted the CS and told them about my issues with the dress they would stick to the story that it's the same dress! And I know it wasn't. After all lady said she may refund like $30 for alterations (and the dess is so ugly nothing could help to make it any better), or I have to ship the dress to them, and cover shippment, wich is like 2/3 of how much I paid for the dress. And then they will inspect it and maybe give me my money back! I mean, MAYBE!! How crazy is that? I did send them pictures of the dress from calatog, actual pic of the dress and the pics of the dress I got! I mean, if you don't believe me just e-mail me (****@****) and I will gladly send you those pics! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THAT COMPANY!! I KNOW I NEVER WILL AGAIN!"

"i am a real customer first off.
i ordered a dress http://www.micwell.com/2012-style-a-line-sweetheart-beading-sleeveless-floor-length-tulle-prom-dresses-evening-dresses-sz0256409_d18534.html thats the link. it came in on the exact day that they told me it would. i was very nervous that it would not come in i had to look for another one, but this dress came in perfect time. i got the dress 2 days after it shipped!!! awesome timing! once i got the dress out of a very very cute cloth bag, a pair of earrings came out that i did not order, so i am assuming it was a gift. the earrings are very cute and plan on wearing them one day soon. anyways i pulled the dress out which smelled like fish! so it must be dry cleaned... and noticed it had lots of wrinkles, which i expected, i am not new to ordering online. the color was not exactly like the picture, which is fine with me, because i know that when the pictures are taken of these dresses they have special lights that enhance color. the color of the dress i got was a more sky blue than a deep blue. its still gorgeous. i examined the dress VERY closely and could not find one rip or one missing bead,,which is what some people have been complaining about. i ordered it in my usual dress size and it is a little too big and a little too long, so it will be altered. however if you read the policy of micwell, it says [
* Dress is not the size you ordered. If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.] i do not know if i apply under this or not. you might however. as far as customer service goes it was great until the past couple of days when information about my dress was getting unclear. i was told it was not ready then i was told it was shipped all in the same day! i was told it would be here by April 5th then i was told it would need an additional 30 days. i was very confused luckily i received my dress with no worries! towards the end of my journey with mic well i was thinking it was a scam . but i have nothing to believe that it is a scam after receiving the dress i ordered in perfect condition with a little gift and it being delivered to me on the FIRST day i was told i would have it. however i probably wont order from micwell again because i dont like the possibility of something going wrong with a dress. i also dont like that it takes 30 days. thank you mic well for giving me a beautiful dress to wear to my senior prom!

"We received a dress on a Friday afternoon and it was not as pictured online. The sequins and trim did not match the material as shown in the onlin picture. I have sent 2 emails and have received no response. I need to return the dress but can not until I have MicWell's customoer service approval. They claim I only have 2 business days from reception to so. How can I do this when they won't email me back? Very frustrating!"
