I will keep everyone informed on my order, I am hoping all turns out well with the dress for my granddaughter's prom. I am putting my faith and trust in micwell that the dress will be as ordered and on time and will share the results shortly."

I have tried to email and i havent heard back. There is no phone number to contact them which is RIDICULOUS! they already took the money out of my bank account and im starting to think im not going to get my dress in time if they cant even respond to an emails in a timely manner when their website specifically states that they respond within 24 hours! "I'm having a TERRIBLE experience with Micwell. In my opinion, from my experience, Micwell is a horrible company. I ordered a size 2 dress, and it is NOWHERE near size 2. It is simply wayyyy too big, and wayyy too long. In addition, it is very low quality satin. Is it even satin? It is not shiny, and it is not the kind of satin that good dresses have, like dresses from Macy's. None of my other size 2 dresses from reputable stores come near how big this dress is.
And the return policy is manipulated in a way that I can't return it without wasting as much money as the dress cost.
Unless Micwell acknowledges their big error and gives me a full refund and at least a discounted return shipping rate, I will be sure to tell all my friends and relatives to *never* buy a dress from Micwell. I do not want to pay the shipping fee when I do not know if Micwell will even accept that I am returning this product and refund me. The return policy seems to be sneaky.
Please, anyone who reads this, buy a dress from Macy's or somewhere you can trust. Go the extra mile and buy the actual dress from the actual company because Micwell simply cannot be trusted with dresses.

"HELP!!!! I ordered my dress on March 12th and I need my prom dress in by April 10th! i went to my ordered status on the website and it said another 21 days for tailoring? i ordered a size 2.... a standard size! I need help im freaking out that i wount be able to go to my prom!"
"Well where to begin, i ordered a dress from Micwell for my daughters prom. Well we recieved the dress, wrong color, and looks nothing like the picture, no slit in the dress and all the beads on the top of the dress are falling off. We took it to a taylor to see if they could help and were told by three taylors that the dress was poorly made and they could not add a slit in a dress. I have emailed coustomer service several times wih no response. I am going to talk to someone and find out how i can get this place shut down. My daughter is in tears her dream dress is now a nightmare. Oh and the zipper on the dress does not work"

I recently purchased a dress from MicWell this February. Paid for it, paid for tailoring, paid for expedited shipping too..... It has been 43 days- and I have NOTHING to show for it.
When you send the company an e-mail... You receive a reply from a "Nina Wong" as a response, I have gathered this is not a real person... But just a signature at the end of an emai. I corresponded via e-mail 3-4 times & was given assurance that 1. I would receive the dress by March 21st ( my event is in March 31st ) 2. Once the tailoring was complete they would send me a photograph of the dress I purchased 3. And then they slid in there that my dress would have no more than a 5% difference than what is in the pictures... I'm excuse me? How about when I send you measurements - you send me what I paid for exactly, with the exact measurements... Evidently business does not operate the same in China as it does in America
There are no laws set in place to prevent this company from taking your money & that just being the end of it.
The last email this company has responded to was on February 24th... Since then I have sent more than 6+ emails addressing my dissatisfaction with their business & their customer service. I have not recieved a single response from "Nina Wong", when I check my order status on their website... It says " our dress is in the tailoring process, 0 days to be shipped out" .. Well that sounds nice, like it would be on it's way ya know? NO, it has said that since March 10th. This company should be put out of business.

So, all in all, I placed an order for a sheath column dress, paid for it to be tailored & for expedited shipping & 43 days later the only thing I have to show for it is $143.36 missing from my account (it was debited on the 12th of Feb) & all the emails I had with MicWells' customer service department "Nina Wong"
I have no dress. This company entered into an agreement with me, through my purchase of a good they sell. If this was an American company this is what you call a breech of contract my friends. I will be posting my corresponding e-mails for those of you to see following this review.
In closing, I have been completely ripped off by this company. They have no regard for the consumer.
DO NOT ORDER FROM MICWELL - I am saying this from experience. If you decide to order after reading the reviews that's on you, but it will decidedly not turn out the way you intend. Order you dress from a different company ladies. This one is only going to take your money & not contact you again.
As a matter of fact, I would LOVE if MicWell had a response to my post. At this point, I would take a response to anything... How about starting with all the unreturned emails? By the way- the contact phone # they list.... You will never get through. List all your complaints. Hopefully it will help another person from getting scammed.

As interesting as your proposal sounds Annie. My dress should have been shipped out on March 12th, I should have received it BY the 21st of March. Your company is a disgrace & I have no doubt my dress will not be as I ordered it. It is obvious you have no intention of addressing any of my issues. You just want to shut me up & tell me my dress is on its way. One of your customer service reps could have replied to any of my multiple emails.
Nice to know it hasn't even been shipped out yet.

"I just ordered my daughters dress and noticed some Asian symbols on the confirmation e-mail and was SICK to my stomach! Last year I ordered a purse for another daughter and afterwards again, realized it would be coming from China...didn't receive for months and then it was garbage! This one stated that we would get the dress around ONE DAY BEFORE PROM????? WHAT?? I should have read the reviews first, but I thought I was ordering within the States!! I will be very hard on them if it cannot get here in time for tailoring and it had better be just like the picture and fit!!! I think I will be checking customs for info on this company!
