"So far Micwell's service is alright. I did not read the reviews for the cite before ordering, so I am extremely worried. My order status says that my dress will ship in 4 days and be here by the 22, which is in 6 days. I emailed customer service once and recieved a delayed response on March 29. I was confirming that my dress would be here by the 22nd, as my prom is on the 28th, and Annie Chung assured me that it will be. I replied to that email to yet again confirm on April 3, and I have still not recieved any reply. Today I emailed customer service yet again and expressed my anger towards their lack of communication with me, their customer, who has payed quite a bit of money for this dress. I have also tried calling the number provided on the website, but it just plays music and then goes to a busy tone and then nothing. I am hoping and praying that the dress will arrive on time and it will fit and everything, but I guess I will just have to wait and see. "

"I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Ordered my prom dress on Feb. 28th, and was told my dress would be recieved on April 3rd. It is now April 15th and still no dress. I have emailed them numerously times and can't get any response or answers to my questions, and have yet to get my tracking number to track by UPS. They did respond to tell me that they would have it shipped out on monday the 9th and it would be at my house by that following wed. but nothing came. My prom is next week and now im going to end up having to by ANOTHER dress! I have tried contacting UPS and cant get any help without the tracking number, which i dont know thanks to the "costumer service", if you can even call it that! I do not recommend this site to anyone, because more than likely you will end up being screwed over as well, and ripped off!!! The price was nice but doesn't help any when you dont have your order in return!!

"I am changing my original review because as Nina promised, we did get our dress on time for Prom. I have to say that this company does a great job responding back to questions. The dress came and it fit perfectly. My daughter was disappointed in the beading on the dress and the color is not what she expected but to be fair, the dress is well made with a few very minor exceptions. The disappointment comes from not really being able to see before you buy.
I was also stressed because it was supposed to be here on April 13th at the latest and it didn't even ship until April 14th. It shipped fast however and came on April 17th.
For future buyers I would recommend you give plenty of time before your event. We ordered on March 6th. I would also really be sure about the color you are getting and realize that there will be up to 5% difference between the picture and the actual dress. Otherwise, Micwell does as promised, an inexpensive well made dress.

"NEVER,NEVER,NEVER ORDER AGAIN.
Ordered size 10 and received only fit size 6, kept asking me to send in pictures with measurements but no responds so far. Need this dress for the wedding at the end of April, now I have to shop again. No one in the world should buy it from here.

"EDITED:
Due to my earlier review, I was contacted by an employee of Micwell about my order and she has informed me that the reason it is missing is because it did not pass a quality check but that they will be shipping it to me tomorrow. They have guaranteed me it will reach me on April 10th. That is just before my prom. I am taking down my previous review until then. I am an honest and fair young woman. They are being given a second chance by me to get my dress here by April 10th. I want to believe in this company...I truly do. If my dress gets here on the 10th, I will fill you all in on the experience and rewrite my review. As of right now, I'm saving the original to my computer. If my dress does not arrive then I am going to put it back up. Please pray that they are telling the truth. Thank you.

"UPDATE:
I am beyond mad!!! After writing a review on April 5th I received an email apologizing for any inconvenience and to please explain AGAIN what the problem was. I emailed back stating the problem. Then I received another emailed asking me for the same thing,which I did. Then they asked for more pictures!!!! which I send AGAIN as if they can not tell the dress is RED instead of peach/pink. Haven't heard a word since. Prom is in May I returned the dress my daughter has no dress and I am out $250!!! Incredible. NEVER use this site!!

We order a dress for my daughter's prom. Before ordering we contacted customer service with her measurements to confirm the size and to inquire about the color in the picture. They emailed us back telling us what size to order and even though the color the model was wearing was not on the color palate they would make a note on our order to specify the color we wanted. The dress came in the WRONG color. After some emails they requested we send a picture of the dress to confirm the dress was in wrong color. We did, they replied they needed more pictures (like one picture was not sufficient to determine that red is NOT peach!). We complied again and they gave us two options: keep the dress and we would be reimburse $30 (the dress cost $199) or ship it back FedEx and after careful inspection to determine the dress wasn't damage they would refund the money. I went to FedEx and it would have cost us $169 to send it back!!!!!with no guarantees they would refund our money. It has been a nightmare. I will never ever order from this site again.

"Not a good experience! Ordered prom dress in size 8 - should have been slightly larger than my daughter needed (better too large, than too small, right?). Received the dress and daughter could not get into it. The bust size was two inches smaller than a size 8 was supposed to measure. Contacted Micwell and sent them their required photos of dress turned inside out with measuring tape showing measurements. That was 6 days ago. Have sent them an email every day since with no reply! Asking for refund. At this point, it's way too late to replace...prom is next week. Don't know what else to do. Any suggestions??"

"Terrible service. Ordered a custom size dress, came in time, but it was more than two inches smaller in the bust. We could not zip it up. They did respond once asking for measurements of the dress and a picture. I sent all of that, which clearly shows a mistake was made. And I have written several times. They will not respond. Am now working on a dispute with my credit card company. I contacted paypal, but they will not honor a dispute after 45 days. You don't receive the dress for over 30 days and they always take a few days to respond to email, so 45 days was gone quickly. Had I known, I would have filed a complaint right away. Now we are stuck with a dress too small and unable to alter by this much. I do not even have an address to return because returns have to be authorized."

"i don't know why my dress is taking more than 30 days to make, i send about four email and no one has responded back the website say it would take 26-30 days to make the dress and ship it. i need to know what is going on because i am going to get married on the April 27 and need to make sure my dress fit's perfectly,i ordered my dress on Tuesday march 20 which is about 13 days ago but when i check my order status on website say 21 more days before shipping plus it gonna take another 2-4 days for shipping so it looks like it's gonna take 34 days just to make i would call that false advertizement because the website say 24-26 to make and you guys need to contact me @ my email address ****@**** and let me know what you gonna do about my dress"

"BUYERS BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY SUCKS!! i recieved the dress a week after it was suppose to be here and it is a total dissapointment!!! the material is cheep, the dress has snages in the material, the back lace is uneven (left side is 1 inch lower than the left) it is so noticable because the zipper is in the middle of this mess. it is sooooo cheep looking and i will never order from them and i have warned every one i know and on facebook to never order from micwell!! it is a shame that micwell can get away with taking a young girls money and then send them crap that would be to embarrassing to ware to prom!! BEWARE ALL! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, POOR QUALITY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT CARE THAT THEY SEND DRESS THAT LOOK LIKE A SCHOOL KID MADE IN HOME EC.CLASS!!!!!!!! i did not return the dress cus it would cost more to ship it back than the dress is even worth and they wont give you a full refund!"

"so far communication with micwell hasn't been too bad. If you haven't been able to contact them DON'T STOP. keep emailing them, it's what i did. There were a few times where it took longer than 24 hours to get a response but...they did respond.

I just paid for express tailoring because they said there were 25 more days until shipping...RIDICULOUS. so now it says 18 after express tailoring...which is still not a big difference but hopefully it'll get here before may. will keep you all updated on the dress and i will FOR SURE to post pictures of me in the dress.If anyones ordered from this site, please post up pictures on their facebook pages! would help all future customers!

"I ordered a dress on February 7th. Originally, they told me it would be here by March 17. I paid for the 2-4 day shipping but I'm a little confused as to what that means considering my experience thus far. So anyway, I received an email saying that my dress was shipped on February 29th and that it would be at my house in 5 days. Okay, well I got 2-4 day shipping, no? But I'm easy going so I figured it wasn't a big deal. First of all,the tracking number is invalid, and second of all, its March 29th, almost 2 weeks past the original arrival date and almost a whole month since my dress was "shipped". I've sent 2 emails to the company and haven't even gotten one response. I will absolutely NEVER recommend this to anyone, I don't know if I'll ever even get my dress. HUGE disappointment.


EDIT: I just got an email back and apparently the UPS lost my dress. They kindly said they'll remake it for me. finger crossed that I get it in time and it all works out!
