"Mi experiencia con milanoo es un poco decepcionante ya que mediante las fotos esperaba algo más de calidad, los productos recibidos a parte de tener una calidad inferior a la esperada son también mas pequeños que la talla convencional, y eso que mire las medidas...en definitiva bajo mi punto de vista no vale la pena ya que podemos encontrar productos iguales y de la misma calidad al lado de casa. El transporte nada que reprochar llego antes de la fecha estimada, aun asi casi un mes de espera."

I have 7 bridesmaids, and I have never ordered from Milanoo before. I fell in love with the style and colour of this dress from the website. To check that the quality, style and colour is what I wanted I ordered one dress separate to the rest, and was happy with the result. It will need tailoring a little but overall I was happy. It was then I decided to order all 6 dresses at once. I chose all dresses by their UK equivalent and with the larger sizes order sizes bigger than my girls. When they arrived I was impressed with the shipping time and neat packaging. I was also pleased with the quality and colour, HOWEVER I wasn't pleased that the dresses were not clearly labelled with sizes as I requested, and they were written on a document that was written in Chinese. I am from the UK! So I personally had the hard job of guessing sizes, and matching dresses to my girls. It was then I also discovered the larger dresses US16 and US18W came way too small and after ordering 2 US16'S I only received one that size, with 2 of a smaller size. Completely wrong! My dream was shattered even more when I discovered I had only 7 days to fit all 6 bridesmaids and return items to Milanoo, completely impossible when they do not live next door! So I missed the 7 day period, and may have to now use my money to buy 2 matching dresses tailor made because you guys are not happy with the £400 plus that has already been received and may choose not to send the RMA returns code and refund me so I can re-order. So insensitive! And your Policy needs to be more realistic for those returning items from abroad.
It's such as shame, this is the only thing that makes me dissatisfied."
