"I'll say this now, Milanoo is GREAT! I cosplay anime shows, games and books. I spend two thirds of my time in Cosplay. I never leave my house without having a wig or cosplay on. When I want to cosplay something new, Milanoo is the place where I go. I bought a wig a few months back for my Partner's birthday. When the wig came in the mail, she loved it. she cosplay's a character from a NIP (NOVEL IN PROGRESS). Her character has silver hair. she never took the wig off for the first two months of having the wig. I, Myself, three years ago bought a cosplay wig from a video game called Starry Sky, heck, i even bought the whole cosplay. when the cosplay came in the mail, i wore the outfit for a photoshoot of the STARRY SKY cast and i'm now 19 and the wig is still in the same shape as when it came in. Last month i bought a KADAJ wig from final fantasy vii advent children, and when the wig came in the mail five days later, i styled it up and it withstood a one year old baby that my friend has. i recently took the KADAJ wig to MECHA CON 9 as part of another one of my characters from my NIP. I sprayed temporary white hair color in it (the kind of hairspray from partycity) along with hairspray, gel, and hair wax. it withstood my PYT Hair-straightner, and the flood lights of the stage at MECHA CON 9. MILANOO's wigs and cosplay are top notch to me and my friends who cosplay. I've had people at MECHA CON, LOUISANIME, ANIME MATSURI plus more ask me where I get my wigs and accessories along with my cosplay. I recently bought a Nia wig from the anime Gurren Legann and it's amazing.I reply with the same answer every time......MILANOO."

"I recently made an order on the 10th of october. I was told by fedex that it would be here on the 18th. On 18th i checked the tracking again and saw that it is not due for delivery. So i contacted Milanoo live chat and they told me it will be here. I paid extra for shipping and its still not here. I tried calling fed ex and they told me that package will not be delivered. I am so angry because it was an anniversary gift for my husband. When i spoke with them they told me the only thing they told me was to wait for the package. No discount,no refund just to go on here and write a review or to like their fb page for a coupon off next purchase? Really this is what Customer Service is. I guess I shouldve known better since the company is out of country. Never Order from them."
